Axion did an exterior cleaning of our Townhouse Complex which included window washing. The sidewalks, stairs and concrete structures for our entire Strata were cleaned as well. We have hired Axion twice in the last 18 months and are thoroughly satisfied with the results on both of these jobs and our experience working with Thiago. Axion’s cleaning process was different from what other power-washing companies were proposing. Axion’s gentle scrubbing of our driveway/pathway pavers removed the dirt and killed the algae without compromising the surface of our pavers, and Axion’s cleaning solution did a great job of refreshing (rather than weathering) the fascia trim and gutters of our house - so much so that it allowed us to avoid the cost of a new paint job for another couple of years.Axion is very professional to work with: they communicate clearly, they offer advice on what approach to use for each type of job, they are very careful and thorough, and there are no “surprises”.
