Homestead Oxygen & Medical Equipment

We have been dealing with Homestead in Lindsay for so many years.They have helped numerous family members with products from slippers & braces to walkers wheelchairs and lift chairs and so much more.Every experience has been extremely positive.The staff are all repeatedly so pleasant helpful knowledgeable and promptly deal with every issue.We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful caring business in our community to help us through some difficult times in our lives.

We are very impressed Homestead Oxygen (Newmarket)and with Alayna who came out to our home for a site visit and quote for ramps, a stair lift, and bathroom modifications for my wife's mother. Alayna was very knowledgeable about the products we wanted, and was able to provide the best choices for our needs. Although the quote was slightly more than the competition, we decided to go with Homestead due to the customer service provided by Alayna, your office staff and the installer (sorry, but I forgot his name). The stairliftvwad installed te day after receiving the quote, and the ramps will be here within the week. The bathroom renovations havet been completed as of yet, but that was also at our request as the lift and ramps took priority.I highly recommend Homestead Oxygen thank you

I have had a c pap machine for many years now, when I was dealing with Ralph he was exceptional and very professional. When it was time to replace my mask he would throw in a container of wipes for cleaning. Since Ralph has retired the service has dropped drastically. The wipes are literally $14 and we are paying over $300 (with tax) every six months and now they cant even throw in any wipes. You should also know you can get your masks online for half the price.

You know when you KNOW you’re being taken?On top of that, the experience was negative. I echo previous reviewers and will NOT be going there for any further CPAP equipment or accessories

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few years ago and I really had no idea what it was . I went to Homestead Oxygen to find out more . Ralph Stokes was the respiratory therapist assigned to my file . Ralph has an exceptional way of explaining how the Cpap machine works and how it will benefit me. He has been available on many occasions to meet with me to adjust my machine or to ensure I am purchasing the correct filters, etc. I would like to thank all the staff at Homestead Oxygen for taking care of all my needs.

Service on their $12,000++ wheelchairs is DISGUSTINGLY SLOW. I’ve waited weeks for parts to be ordered that should be stocked. I’m waiting for guide wheels? Really. Be it whatever I’m STRANDED AT HOME !!!!!!! Missing all of June it’s already the 21st. Don’t give this company your business. Terrible service on what they sell.

Excellent product availability and good customer service. Most professional. Hard to understand how this facility gets either a five" or a "one" from every respondent. Seems to get lower scores on delivery related issues or product issues relating to the manufacturer. I find it hard to believe that their overall service would ever be sub-par."

Excellent customer service and products. They care about their customer. Small town friendly customer service but big city products and knowledge! Very rare to find these days.
