From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Micheal and Gaby. Designing our kitchen was a huge undertaking and Micheal was readily available throughout the project incorporating all our changes with patience and understanding . He truly made our vision a reality, creating an end product that was both beautiful and efficient. Gaby was polite, and professional, ensuring that all our questions were answered promptly. The installation crew was both efficient and precise. Neo Kitchens, is definitely a company I would recommend to anyone looking for a great renovation experience without the added stress.Thank you for a job well done!!

We wanted to do kitchen reno for the longest time, but the thought of it being a stressful process kept us from actually doing it.We chose Neo Kitchen as we saw another project that was done by this company and it was beautiful. The entire process with Michael and his team was absolutely smooth and stress free. More over, it was super exciting to see our vision come to life, and it was so great to be offered different option/suggestions in order to work with our budget.The receptionist, Gaby, was very polite, professional and very prompt with her emails and follow ups with Michael on some finishing touches that had to be done at a later time. He listened to our needs, offered us multiple designs, and helped us make the right choice for the kitchen and bar in our basement.The cabinets arrived a few days ahead of schedule and are everything we could ask for, beautiful, functional, sturdy, and sized correctly. We signed a contract with Neo kitchen to do the cabinets for a full kitchen renovation project. Michael and his team were very professional and helpful during the initial design phase where we have to choose the materials and finalize the design. Michael was very patient as we went through endless iterations. Michael is very knowledgeable in his trade and provided invaluable advice and expertise during this crucial phase.The cabinets were delivered on time and the installation team worked very hard day and night to get it in quickly. The team is led by a master cabinet guy who talks little but really knows his stuff. The installation was flawless. Michael was very responsive when we asked for some modifications and even additions after the project was finished. I would highly recommend Neo Kitchen and Michael for any cabinet job.

This is the third project that Mike's company has completed for our family. Mike and his office staff (Gabi) were responsive to all questions and addressed our concerns promptly. The job was started and finished within a few days. Mike's staff were always polite and cleaned up after themselves. Neo Kitchen's prices were competitive. We were very pleased with the end result.

It was a pleasure dealing with Michael and Gaby at Neo Kitchens. It was refreshing to have a kitchen design company that provided a detailed estimate of the costs on the initial consultation and very clear information on the costs for any added elements. In addition, most of the design features of the new kitchen can be physically seen in the showroom which helped us make decisions more quickly. Michael was able to turn around requested changes in visual format very quickly and was very creative in offering suggestions for requested functional features towards finalizing the design. Both Michael and Gaby are a great team who patiently provide very responsive communications, and are readily available to discuss and work through, any issues that come up along the path to completing the project to the customer's satisfaction. While my project complexity required multiple installation teams, each team was very professional and willingly addressed any issue brought to their attention. I am very pleased with my beautiful Neo Kitchen.
