I called XPart Supply first thing in the morning to confirm they had the LG washer part that I required which they did. When I got there it was waiting at the front desk. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My part was in stock and they had the best price by far. I saved over 40% compared with online part suppliers. The fact that they are opened unit 7 pm meant that I could pick up my part after work. Everyone else closes at 5.

They force you to pay for expediated 3 day shipping but don't ship it expediated. Ordered a part 7 days ago, still going to wait another 4 days until I recieve it. Do not respond to emails or calls. Would avoid if possible.

Timer knob broke on the dryer on Sunday of a long weekend. Item was in stock online, the best price I could find, and was ready for pick-up first thing on the Tuesday when they re-opened.
