As a person that's never had an xray, theres no reason to criticize a patient. Best suggest your technician Monica needs an attitude adjustment. Poor attitude, and argumentative. Another suggestion be more specific in your instructions, for example dont just say take a deep breath specify take as big a breath as you can the more air filled lungs the better xray. I'll make sure I dont reccomend your business lots of others in town. I'll be making sure that your 3 minutes of time and 2 ahitty stays wont be billable!

The front desk lady is very slow. A lady who did not have her paperwork ready held the line up for 15 minutes she could have been asked to find that while accepting other people. Then a old lady walks in asking if she needs and appointment and the front desk is just ignoring her reading the screen barely glancing up.... Why?

I'm constantly amazed by people. Why can't we go in? Why are we waiting in the hallway? Well Karen, there's a pandemic still going on. Maybe you've heard of it? Anyway, I digress, great service, in and out in ten minutes. I arrived 15 minutes early and was third in line. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Apparently they did 144 scans yesterday. In 8 hours! That's amazing! Thank you all for you help!

I have had a few xrays here over the years. They are usually quite busy but very informative as to how long of a wait there is. Staff are friendly and easy to talk too. No issues whatsoever, would certainly recommend this location to anyone needing an xray.

This place was awesome. They were friendly and professional. They got me in and out within 20 min. No line up and the staff actually acknowledges you throughout the process. Very human interaction and the place itself feels warm and inviting. Thankyou to the staff for their help during my visit.

My experience was wonderful there, the secretary/techs were very helpful and so very welcoming and happy! I was in a happy mood when I walked in and when I left, I left with a smile on my face. Very professional and welcoming.
