The place is super beautiful and clean. When we called , the reception answered quickly and transferred us to Julien, such a good guy! But when you arrive to signing the deal, that's where the BIG BOSS would come and bargain on the price with you.We had a pleasant experience with Julien.They did what they promised and the delivery was good.The worst thing is that we went there, having cash for total amount, but due to all their procedure and insurance recommendation we only got the keys one week after!!!

While visiting Montreal from New York my car was stolen and recovered over the Labor Day weekend. I spoke to a very pleasant gentleman named Sebastian who helped me out tremendously and getting the car up and running so I can get back to New York. Kudos to Sebastian. I saw by his actions on how he works. He has everything under control In today's world you don't find that.thank you Sebastian for getting me back to New York.

I showed up unannounced at Lombardi one afternoon, after seeing their used vehicle selection on the Website. The nice, welcoming receptionist at the front directed me to the waiting room, and 2 minutes later I was met by sales advisor Mr. Yassine Driss. I told him what type of vehicle I was looking for, and that he should feel free to show me other cars he could think I might find interesting. And that’s exactly what happened: I ended-up buying one of those he brought to my attention, it definitely hit the spot, better than my own prior considerations. I was able to try it immediately on the road, and then to try it a second time on my own the next day. Kudos to Yassine for using his ability to sense what I could appreciate and discover. Eventually I was appointed to Nancy Huppé, the financial director, and I was able to get very clear answers from her to all of my questions, no matter how ignorant I was. I appreciated her tact, total professionalism, and great personality. I can say I’ve had a high quality experience with service from her, and all of her colleagues at Lombardi Honda. If you’re serious about getting a car, and you like to be in good hands, then Lombardi Honda is the place for you. And the coffee is quite good.

Worst dealership for service I’ve experienced. Issues with every visit. 3 weeks to get an appointment for a major problem. Have you leave dealership with problems not fixed and charges for you for it. Oil change computer not reset twice. Oil still very dark after it’s changed. Probably just drain 3/4 of the way. Body Shop painted inside carpet and plastic inside car after bringing it in to repair a scratch on the outside paint 2 years back. Service manager rude and arrogant. 2023 Pilot will be purchased elsewhere.New development:When I took delivery of the truck the salesman said we gave you a rear bumper protector as a gift. It was black on a white car Didn’t like it and found it strange. Sticker started peeling off lately and removed it to realize that bumper has paint damage under the protection. The dishonesty and culture at this dealership is concerning.

One of the best experiences I've had so far with my purchase. I traded my Subaru for The Honda Accord. PLEASE ASK FOR CHANTAL!!! She was quick to give a detailed estimation for how much my car would be taken for and also made sure the transition was smooth. She made sure the customer is comfortable and made it a point to keep the customer informed about anything and everything. 10 on 10 would suggest to a friend! I'm hoping things will go great during service as well!!

I was looking to buy a used car. The sales manager was very rude. I wish I took down his name. When I explained to him that I needed to think about the offer I was given for the vehicle, and that I was shopping around, he basically told me I was not welcome in the establishment anymore. The way I was spoken to was really unacceptable and unprofessional, and quite frankly embarrassing. Zero customer service. I will not be going back.
