The owner of this store does the deliveries himself and it's obvious he cares a lot about his customers and his business. I would love to continue doing regular business with him. Xie Xie. However, the woman he has working the front desk has absolutely zero respect for those customers. I can't do business with that company if I know I might have to speak to her again. I want to pay for my laundry to be done because I am equal measures of busy, and lazy. This woman wastes my time and my energy, all while showing a total lack of respect for me, as a customer.I'd be happy to make this a 5 star review if I knew I never had to deal with her again.
