worst management company ever. the sidewalks and back alley are full of ice and nobody has done anything about it for so long canada post stopped delivering our mail and then still nothing was done

Put down a security deposit for a place.. was sent the actual lease agreement for the rental, then told a day before moving in potentially that we did not get the place.. now a month later still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded.. was told it was mailed over two weeks ago.. and still have not gotten it..Personally think that it's highly unfair that the professionalism and due diligence of responsiveness is unacceptable when dealing with people whom are trying to move Into a new property.

Building had flooded and the water came all over the condo.They said to go find a place to stay but they wouldn’t reimburse us for the cost even though it was their issue.Don’t even deserve 1 starBuilding is extremely filthy all the timeSo much $$$ rent but can’t keep up with the cleanliness.DON’T RENT WITH THEMSave yourself the trouble

I've been complaining about repairs for more then two and a half years. They finally had a maintenance guy come in and he told me I can't sleep in my bedroom due to the fact that the roof could collapse at any time. I moved to the basement and they came and cut out the roof. I didn't see them for another month before they came to repair the hole. They then cut out my bathroom wall and have not returned in a week and a half. I currently have no bathroom.

Applied for an apt with them gave them all the information they requested after a few days I explain the urgency of getting an apartment approved by the end of the month and said they understood and still nothing days later I call and still nothing long story short they never reached back out as they said they would whether we were approved or not. Very unprofessional.

The 121 west apartment itself was okay. But a couple months after moving in they got rid of all visitor parking?! and the streets are packed all around. Terrible - the visitor parking was a huge plus for me when I decided to move in!After moving out I waited about a month to get my damage deposit back. When I never got it I reached out to the building manager and was told it was already sent out, no other help at all. When I still received nothing 2 weeks later I had to email and call them every day until they paid me. I truly feel that I never would have gotten my money if I wasn’t on them about it.

horrible experience, can i take my one star back? Edit: how does a landlord terminate a tenant when they leave first? I appreciate you trying to turn it on me but no. However, I will admit that since leaving working with McCor has been a better experience than when I lived in their properties.

I currently reside in a Hampton Gardens apartment, and all I can say is that not only is the management abysmal, but the entire complex is filthy. I plan on leaving shortly due to this. This is a new apartment complex and the fact that its already in dire state proves McCor Managements incompetence and complete lack of professionalism and care for its customers and tenets.
