You guys have a very welcoming atmosphere. I was very pleased with how friendly ALL the staff were from when we walked in to when we left.After moving to Port Alberni from Squamish we haven't had the best experiences at other places. Either not being able to get an appointment or having a horrible experience at the vet we did get in to. I am so relieved to have found one that we trust and is so good with all animals.

I love the care and concern Icare showed for my cat. Their level of professionalism is amazing! I would not want anyone else to take care of my pets ❤️ Icare made me feel like my pet was the most important item on their list. Answered my questions in detail and didn't push unnecessary boosters on my pet.

The staff at I-care are wonderful. Each person I have dealt with has been so sweet.My dog always gets the best care. Todays visit was no different and Dr. Mortenson was so great at explaining the treatment plan for our boy. I credit I-care with saving our Pomeranian after a very scary Gal-bladder situation which could have ended up fatal if they didn’t recognize the signs and send him for surgery to waves in Victoria. He is here today because of the wonderful Veterinarians we saw. I will always be grateful for them!!

Love this place. So glad I switched from my prior. The front desk ladies have never been rude. My last place they were miserable everytime I went in. I wanted to climb behind there and throttle them. Would see you standing there and not even acknowledge you. This place they are super friendly, funny and super accommodating, just great. The Vet I have seen was also amazing, never tried to get me to do every test possible when pets were sick. Felt like this vet actually cared about the animal not just the money. I will never be leaving this vet.

dr. ANRAD and his incredible caring staff paid immediate attention to us during an emergency with our lovey pet. It did not end well, but they could not have been more sympathetic. Would go back to them in a heartbeat. Ty to all of you.

This was the 2nd surgery my dog has gotten here and both went problem free and Brutus is loved by the staff and not afraid to go there still after getting body parts removed! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff too, thank you for taking care of my Brutey Cakes!

The clinic is warm and welcoming as is the staff. They are kind and caring, each one that I met. They interacted wonderfully with myself and my fub baby. They valued my thoughts and viewpoints while giving great sound knowledge to me. I never felt rushed and am so pleased to now have a great vet team as part of our family. The kindness of the staff.
