Line on the left is for Service Ontario and the right for Service Canada. They opened at 8:30am and got there 10 mins earlier. There was already a lineup. Wait time was quite long to get in (about half an hour) but overall the customer service was great. Thank you!

Not a good location. Racist staff and disgusting customer service. My wife said she doesn’t speak English. Customer service rep response was” you can write your signature in English but can’t speak English. Interesting “. She was very rude to her.

We went this location for our health card process changing from out of province and Lisa has taken care well our concerns and with her experience, she made process easy and got it done quickly and she was talking very friendly but professional at the same time and made our visit to location memorable. We thank you to Lisa.

Disgusting attitude from a female customer service worker on the phone, seriously do better. However the staff at the building is polite but they provided little to no helpful information. Do NOT recommend.

For any of the services I've needed from Service Ontario, this location has been excellent. We were having issues getting my daughter's Health Card situated, finally got things sorted and done thanks to the young lady helping us, named Veronica. For all the horror stories you hear about dealing with Service Ontario, or any other government agencies, that's not the case with the Windsor City Hall office. These guys go above and beyond.

Arrived 10 min early for my appointment and received my number immediately so sat down to wait to be called...30 min later I was still waiting. People were now walking in and being served ahead of me; but, my number had still not been called. I asked about it and was told that I was next. Sat down to wait again and more people were served ahead of me. I asked again and was assured that I was next. Eventually it was my turn....Got out of there about an hour after my appointment. The kicker is.... it wasn't even busy...there was no lineup.The staff was friendly and processed me quickly once I got to the window.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and the staff were able to take me immediately, processing my ID renewal (with photo) in less than 10 minutes. Very pleasant and courteous personnel. There is no external signage on the building so folks may not know there is a SO office in the downtown core.

Hate coming to this place.Worst service for new immigrants.Very rudely behaviour by the staff to my parents and other staffs were unnecessary interrupting.Will not recommend this place for new immigrants.Staff just want to have excuses and they try to reject the appointment as well as send the applicant back quiet often.
