Jiffy Lube

I would never take my Truck back here againThey put wrong window washer fluid in and it froze up.They don't do fuel filters and didn't know what oil to put in to the truck, the guy had to ask me.Every other place I have taken our truck they know what is neededWe have traveled all over Canada and this is the worst jiffy lube by far, a bunch of kids working that didn't know what they were doing as a result we won't go back to any jiffy lube again.Great Canadian will get all our business

These dudes literally cut a giant hole in my splash guard instead of just taking the clips/bolts off.....they were too lazy to take it off in order to do their oil change!!Resulting in some serious dragging issue with the 1 clip / 1 bolt they did decide to take off?? And gave up?!?!? They dog eared it and it began to drag!!!Brand new vehicle!! Really?!?!?Do not recommend, stay away from here!!!!Lazy , unprofessional, and disgusting behavior!!

Never going back! I've been to Jiffy in Cold Lake & Lloyd and been well looked after. But Bonnyville location will never get my money.it was -40 out so I couldnt do my own oil change. Long story short. Charged me $75 for a very poor service. About 5-6 things they checked off" on the list

It says on my invoice that they checked my lights,wiper blades, washed my window also says a battery check as well but they didn't do any of that also couldn't check any of my diffs or the transmission as well needed my air filter replaced but didn't have it. I drive a pretty generic vehicle.

Jiffy lube has always done a good job of changing fluids/filter etc. and checking over their work. Friendly workers, and we've never had an issue with them so far.

Great guys on the job . They explained everything they were doing and made my oil change clear to me .

Got two oil changes done here with our company vehicles. Very fast, great people, great service.*Note for management*- An older fellow working today was nice with customers but very condescending and belittling to his coworkers. It was off putting; I felt bad for them. I can only hope this isn't a daily occurrence.

This was a great shop years ago when it first opened. It was always clean and I felt comfortable there. The staff used to be friendly and fun to talk to. I went there recently and it was very dirty, uninviting and unpleasant. The guy wasn't very knowledgeable. They checked off stuff that they didn't do and also, they didn't get me to sign a copy. I'll say it again, the place hasn't been the same since the first 4 left. I will not be returning.

Very friendly, once you get in it takes less than 10 minutes to get serviced. I thought I would update my review as I was surprised when I was passed the payment terminal to pay with my visa that I was asked for how much I wanted to tip, really? I have a problem with business establishments that have the tipping option built into the terminal, which was not there the previous time. If you need to raise the price of the oil change then do so, I've never tipped a car dealership for service on my car, and as a result, will go elsewhere for my next oil change. If this business offered a coffee or water like other oil change centres do then I wouldn't be offended as much, I just think this whole tipping thing is getting out of hand.
