The employee need to be better trained on menu pricing. I am a regular customer for their honey green tea. However, they charge differently every single time (range from $4.50-7.50), and when asked about the price, it is not what it says in the menu.

i ordered a mango bubble tea and the drink was filled half way and had very little boba pearls in it. as a frequent costumer i’m very disappointed as it’s usually good service, even the drink tasted different and not the same as usual. very unimpressed with this, do better.

I, unfortunately, had a bad time at this location for the very first time. My partner and I had a good amount of drinks to be ordered which we apologized for in advance, and one of the girls working stormed off to the staff room with a childish reaction after hearing about it. We ordered 8 drinks and were only given 7 which was fine since we knew it was a lot to order and to be made. But that didn't excuse the girl's behavior. They just lazily put the drinks together in the bags without any care, and when one of the drinks in the bag dropped down on the table, that same girl who stormed off was still as rude enough to not put it back up and left it there. At least the other girl noticed it and put it back together. My partner checked the receipt just to make sure our order was correct, and that same girl again was giving her a 'death stare' which would make anybody have the feeling of 'Can this person just hurry up and leave.' Not sure when that same girl started working there, but the way she acted was extremely unprofessional and childish. Be better.

Very tasty and hit the spot. Ordered a strawberry with rainbow jelly and a dairy free coconut with tapioca balls.It has been a while since we have been there. Staff were friendly. Also lots of new places to try in the mall right outside of TNT market

Good lord the girl who took my order was insanely rude. Rolling her eyes at customers and speaking in such a rude tone. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by paying money to order a simple bubble tea...

Horrible rude and with a bad attitude cashier. She shouldn't be working as customer service, should get fired straight away. Had long nails, all done up. Thought she was the best. Not sure how people like her have a job. The other girl was very nice, think she was taller.

Can’t say anything about the service but I’ve been to this exact location for 15 years. I recently moved to the states and nobody has come close to the love they put into their teas.
