Workouts change up daily, and are only 30 minutes. Other members are friendly and encouraging. Workout schedule is very limited. Menu plan for the first six weeks is very limited, particularly when allergies or religious or other reasons limit what you can eat. Communication is hit and miss. Joining the FB group took the better part of a week to get approved and I am still waiting for confirmation of cancellation of my account.

Since covid I put on a few pounds and needed to shed some weight. I looked at different options and found that this would be a perfect mix between working out on my own or getting a personal trainer. I’m glad I did!Workouts are quick and intense. I’m loving my progress and pushing myself more each week.The nutrition plan is easy to follow and I never feel hungry or wanting more. I don’t feel like I’m restricting myself.After 6 weeks I’m down 22lbs and I feel much better both mentally and physically. Now I’m excited to see what the next few months will bring.Anyone on the fence, whether you’ve had experience working out or not, this is a complete program to get back in shape and live a healthier lifestyle.

This program has 100% changed the way I use nutrition as fuel for my body. The coaching and group fitness classes have helped me fit in regular work outs and finally see REAL results. I'm super happy about my progress and am excited to see how far I can push myself!

I completed the 6-week fitness challenge. Between the meal plan (which is quite flexible as it just gives you food options for each category and quantities for each food category, so you can mix and match as you desire - which I loved not having a fixed plan of recipes to eat each day) and the workouts (with accountability of needing to go at least 3 times a week to complete the challenge!), I saw a lot of progress and lost 10 pounds of fat!! Even though I'm not a morning person, I'm so glad my friend encouraged me to try out the 6am classes Monday to Friday with Kristina! It was a great workout with the camaraderie of the same individuals every morning, convincing me to roll out of bed each morning to get in that workout. I felt so good and accomplished after getting my workout in at the start of my day, with a fresh dose of endorphins. I highly recommend trying to go to those 6am classes with Kristina!

Ive been a member of K2xfit Martial Arts and Fitness Orleans for 2 years and also had the pleasure or attending classes and informative workshops at K2xfit KanataBoth are Awesome places that provide positive experiences and both Wonderful and Professional Coaching from Educated Instructors Sensi and Rensi'sI have had Wonderful experiences at both Fitness/Dojos and will continue to because of the many supportive people I have met and come across along the way.I know from my experiences there that anyone and everyone who attends or is planning to attend or become a member at either K2XFIT Kanata or K2XFIT Martial Arts and Fitness Orleans will have many great things to say.The coaching is fantastic the contests they provide are exuberating and fun and make both weight loss muscle gain a Healthier way of living , Self Defense Kickboxing etc a great experience. Support is also one of the most Awesome parts I love most about K2XFIT as I have gone through transformation that made me a happier healthier and more courageous person loving myself more and being proud of my accomplishments!!SHOUT OUT to K2XFIT for all your kindness care and support in all aspects of my life..WOOT WOOT!!

After having three kids, the last one at 44 years old, I had 30 pounds to loose. I followed the meal plan which is AMAZING and the did the workouts 3-5 times per week (only 30 minutes per day). I have never had results like this in my entire life - I’m in the best shape of my life. This program delivers - I never thought I would look and feel this great being in my mid 40’s!!!!

I saw an ad for K2XFIT's 6-week fitness challenge on Facebook and decided to give it a go. Its a great mix of a good nutrition plan, a minimum of three 30-minute workouts per week with a variety of HIIT that target every area of the body (thanks Coach Kristina for the great 6am gym sessions and Coach Alain for the occasional Saturday classes), and a dedicated personal trainer who is happy to help you out at any time through the K2XFIT phone app (thanks Coach Lynne). The accountability is incredible, Coach Lynne often checked up on me to find out my progress with my measurements and diet. Also, the ambience in the gym is spectacular - I loved the sessions. The energy from everyone attending the session is great and helps keep you motivated. The lively background music in Coach Kristina's 6am gym sessions keeps you charged and able to focus on yourself. I had so much energy for the day after each gym session that I completed. With all the assistance, I am down 10lbs! To date, it is one of the best fitness regimes that I have been on!

I joined K2XFIT at the very end of Dec 2021 as I had seen some incredible results and transformations from others. I was paired with my amazing Coach Kristina and with her guidance and with my determination to make this change I notice serious results within 4 months. Learning about nutrition was the greatest benefit for me as this had been missing in my past workout regimes. With consistent and healthier eating habits and consistent workouts my body had started to lean out and change to what i had hoped for! Being in my late 40s I am in the best shape of my life and feel amazing! The workouts are so much fun, short and effective and the people I am surrounded by in class are inspirations! I highly recommend K2XFIT if you are ready to make this change in your life!

Signed up for the 6-week program(also a person who frequents a gym), took a solid 2 days to decide against it.I Waited for nearly an hour for an online meeting, and left. The hour wait was attributed to the trainer being on the wrong computer and account, in the wrong room (not a problem that takes an hour to solve).I value my time and was not happy, and informed K2X I would not be a client. The trainer (actually the co-owner!) responded like he was insulted, and brought up how I couldn’t personally afford the deposit in full at a moments notice (which we had agreed a plan on). Needless to say I will be getting my money back and using it to fund my own meal plan which can be found in large quantities online. Not the best business practice to disrespect and insult potential clients. Have already informed friends and family to avoid this place.
