Rack Attack Professionally tastefully completely done by Reiley Simpson, been see him twice In a row to complete, very friendly staff, very welcoming, polite and honest and very straight forward, and knows exactly that goes to the vehicle, I strongly recommend Rack Attack to anyone who is adventurous, exploring, hobbies, they have them all, thank you and I appreciate it, I will definitely return, next project will be the tent over the top of the vehicle

What I can tell you is that all staff from manager down to the installer, at the Vaughan location deserve recognition for their exceptional customer service, providing inviting interactions with all the customers that they served while I was there. They were very knowledgeable and provided various options to the customers requirements.I am extremely pleased with my whole experience from the first visit to the store just to inquire and get pricing, to the follow-up phone call and emails and then finally the purchase and install. While there, I also made another substantial purchase in some other items that I was not expecting to purchase.What a great experience

We needed to add a rack to carry two canoes to our Lexus, I had approached other dealers of racks and was told they couldn't find a way to do it. We reached out to Rack Attack Vaughan and they provided more than one option then after selecting one they recommend a better fit that saved us money and arrived earlier. We had them install the racks which was completed efficiently and we were given a great use maintenance and removal run down. Every aspect of the purchase was professional and all of the staff treated us in a customer focused manner. Overall one of the best purchasing experiences I have had.

Eugene was able super helpful to find the perfect cargo box for me and had it set up in no time. I've also bought a Thule rack from them shipped to my home prior to the cargo box, arrived in a couple days via their website survey of my car model and year. It was such an easy process, they shipped me the exact parts I needed. I recommend shopping here for all your car rack/cargo/hitch needs. I own a Honda Accord 2013 EX-L and wanted to expand storage space for camping without buying a new car/suv in 2023.

When the manufacturer of a roof rack I needed failed to mention or advise me that one of the pieces I ordered a while back would arrive the day after I left for my windsurfing vacation I immediately called up Rack Attack and the timely staff identified what I needed over the phone and within 25min I was at their store and it was there ready and waiting for me! Timely, knowledgeable, courteous service. What else could you ask for! Thanks again for helping out when I was in a bind!

Riley Simpson and his partner were extremely helpful and absolutely amazing people to deal with, I’ve already got a lot of compliments about the roof rack and I instantly recommend them to speak to Riley Simpson at rack attack in Vaughn. The job that was completed was absolutely phenomenal and the guys were straight up beautys to talk too, and also learn from. I’m extremely thrilled with the job they did and couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. The both of them definitely deserve a raise/ huge recognition, for how much they actually care for doing a perfect job and treating the customer as their number one priority! This is definitely the place to go! … also to mention I called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to get my car done that day within a hour. No doubt the best people around. Thanks again guys!

I just recently purchase a new Thule bike rack at Vaughan Rack Attack. From start to finish it was a great experience as a customer. Staff helped to choose between different types of racks and advised for most economic option for my car. We did the measurements together to make sure my car + rack are going to fit in my garage. And the assembly and installation was seamless. Besides, various tips that I got from the staff.I highly recommend this location to everyone who wants to purchase racks , relevant products.
