Don't waste your money. I guess it could have value for people who are retired or a teacher with your summers off. The basic membership isn't available for weekend use, so a majority of us who work monday to friday, have to pay more for that luxury. My fiance purchased this for me as a goft and was unaware of the limitations, so it's been an unfortunate waste of money.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, very responsive, quick and fair. I'm a long time loyal member and have always loved this membership. Great courses and rates. Couldn't be happier.

The pricing on these memberships are broken. After taxes you save more money on the Birdie Plan than you do on the Birdie Plus 20 plan. It works out to be $4 MORE expensive to buy the Birdie Plus plan.

My brother and I signed up for 2022. Played 18 rounds at the different courses. No issues to report. Rebooking now.

The worst customer service and the shadiest business practices!! If you do manage to actually get ahold of a live human they refuse to let you contact them over email! Weird right? They also refuse to give the name of their superior… you can’t contact or even get a name of the management at this company?! This is the sketchiest thing you’ll ever see! Then after refusing to communicate over email they goad you into getting upset by repeating themselves over and over and over only to finally tell you 20 minutes into the conversation, which you never wanted to have to begin with, that they don’t give out emails and RECORD THE CUSTOMERS WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT!! Do not become a member. This is an extremely poorly run company with poorly trained employees. ZERO STARS.

Horrible customer service. Maria & Catherine can't even name a single upper management representative and refuse to refund membership even after their shady business practices have been exposed. When they finally decide to not ignore you they RECORD YOUR PHONE CALLS WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT!! Do not waste your money on a membership. Zero stars!

I just wanted to let you know why I did not sign up this year, I bought 30 rounds last year and Covid canceled 6 weeks I asked to see if I could move 10 rounds to next year you said NO! I have used your system for 5 years. you have lost some of your top courses and stole $250 from me so on that note I am so disappointed and will not be using your services again.
