Most recommended daycare... Our son went there for 10 months, I am grateful to all the teachers who took care of him lovingly each day.We can see so many positive developments in him after joining NPNS.His vocabulary expanded, his eating habits improved, made new friends, learned to write

Newplayland has been so kind to my son!They were amazing with daily reports, they provide atleast one picture per day(so you feel your child is comfortable and happy). They were quick at responding to any queries and always updated me on even small scratches that my son would get due to falling while outdoor playtime. I am alone in Canada and a working mom and never once did they call me from work for any useless reasons and provided extreme care and comfort to my son. My son absolutely adores Mr Arjun(senior preschool teacher) and Ms Sukhpreet(Junior preschool teacher) and Ms Babita. Their staff is very accomodating with any special requests your child may have(food allergies etc). He joined the daycare when he had no knowledge of english(3 years old), and his vocab is so much better(within just 8 months) he communicates with everyone easily and is very confident. They helped me in potty training as well. I have had an amazing experience with how Ms Parul has been so accomodating and comforting with any extra requests that I have made.All in all, I am so glad that I selected this daycare!!Thankyou to all the staff!

The worst experience of our lives. We are still traumatized. They let my daughter knock out her tooth and did not call me about it right away. My traumatized child walked around in pain with a loose tooth for the rest of the day. Thank god she did not choke on it. And then instead of apologizing and empathizing with my child they told me with disgust “the tooth will grow out in a couple of years”, “your daughter needs to go the dentist anyway, she has cavities”. My daughter obviously did not have any cavities and even if she did it is not their business as they are not dentists. On top of being scared for my child I was appalled by the cruel comments. It felt like a double slap on the face. They truly couldn’t care less about kids and their families. Their management, i.e. Sandra and Parul, are two unprofessional, rude, ignorant, and disrespectful women. They like to teach parents in a condescending manner about parenthood. They exert 0 self-awareness with their irrelevant unsolicited advice. This kind of daycare should not operate in Canada or anywhere else in the world. If you want your children to be safe and respected then I would absolutely recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Both my daughters grew up at NPNS. The older one is now 7 and the younger one is close to 2. Both of them joined as early toddlers. I cannot express in words how grateful I am to everyone who brought up them up so lovingly each day and every minute every moment of the day. Thank you so much to “all” the teachers for taking care of my precious kids.And it is not just only about care and play. My kids learnt new things, new words each day and their cognitive development grew rapidly after they started going to NPNS. My tiny toddler's vocabulary expanded and her social skills started to take shape. My older one still goes back for Summer Program each year, as she is comfortable with the lovely environment.Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your place is highly recommended.

Our little one Aïcha went at New Playland for 10 months and we saw amazing progress of several skills, knowing that she is French native!My conclusion is that the teaching methods are great, with ontime updates (incl.Photos) via the dedicated App.Everyone are fully dedicated, passionated, kind, flexible while keeping their smile…It was our first experience with a daycare and can not really see how we can do better.So keep doing what you do!(I have not been paid to write that comment ;-))All the best,Akmal

I am very happy with the daycare. I enrolled my daughter in the daycare 3 months back. She was 2.5 years old and she could hardly speak English. Ms. Babita and Ms Sukhpreet took very good care of her and the school gave us updates of all the activities taking place there. My daughter learnt to speak in English and learnt many good things there. I can definitely see so many positive changes in her. I am recommending this day care to everyone who needs it. Thank you so much new playland school for a wonderful experience. We cherish all the love you gave us!

Our experience with New Playland Mississauga has been wonderful. We are so grateful for the staff and educators who have impacted our children in so many positive ways!

Amazing staff with so much caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our son get excited about going to daycare. His teachers Ms. Jenna and Mr. Arjun really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. The management Ms. Parul is such a loving and understanding person.

Let me start by saying children are children and should be accepted. I called and spoke to Sandra who was off the bat discriminating children who have delays and disability. She said any children they are enrolling “should be able to talk, walk and feed themselves”. Just by listening to her speak make my body cringe and I know right there that I wouldn’t want my child to be in that daycare environment. She even said that delays and disability are the same thing ! Like really ? They are different. What are you teaching the children in your care then, if you the adult operates like this ?Please hire better people to take care of our children; the world is full of enough hate and crazy towards our babies. Do better New Play Land Nursery!!! You don’t even deserve a star on this review.
