Northern Dental Care

Went in for a crown replacement. They were suppose to send in a pre approval to my insurance over 6 weeks ago, still haven’t . I have phoned back 3 times, once to give them the fax # to make it quicker, which they still didn’t do because that was over 3 weeks ago. Next call they didn’t call back and 3rd call got transferred to a guy who said he’d call the insurance company and call me back and that was 2 days ago and he still hasn’t called back.

just want to say thank you to all staff that has worked on me. seriously the best team and ppl! thanks to northern dental i have my smile back. i couldnt of asked for better service. i was so nervous the first day and you guys made me feel supper comfortable! thank you again!

One of the best dental offices I've ever been to. I never feel judged for my coping mechanisms I use to help with my anxieties. They are always so helpful and kind.

THIS IS A REVIEW PERTAINING ONLY TO THE ORTHODONTIST (Dr. Barb)She scams her customers and provides terrible customer service. My son went in for a palate expander which they charged 6500 dollars for and it ended up breaking shortly after to which nothing was done. We went to another Orthodontist in town for a second opinion on that and braces and they advised us that the expander shouldn't have cost more than 5 or 600 dollars. Also, Dr. Barb is barley ever there (she comes in from out of town) and is terrible at getting back to you and is honestly not a very friendly person in my opinion. Go to Dr. Floreani, much better there.

From the moment you enter Northern Dental care, you’re treated like family. The team goes out of their way to ensure an amazing experience and the best dental care for their patience from beginning to end. This experience has made attending the dentist enjoyable and educational. Best dentist and clinic in town without a doubt!

Northern dental cares about there patients I had a slip and and fall on my way to my appointment and they were super kind to help me get there I highly recomend them for ur dental issues and there service 10+++

The folks at Northern Dental Care are so kind and welcoming, it’s really a fantastic place for anyone with dental anxiety. They offer a variety of comfort options like numbing or freezing (even for cleanings) and do a great job at making you feel comfortable, both mentally and physically. They have a nice waiting room with coffee/tea/water, and massage chairs in the procedure rooms with subtitled tv on the ceiling for a nice distraction. They’ll even give you an adorable tooth-shaped stress ball to get you through the appointment. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly professional and friendly, and the two hygienists I’ve seen were so kind and gentle. It’s a welcoming, very clean office and the direct billing is a great plus. It’s such a relief to have found a place that I know my family will feel comfortable at and receive excellent care.

Been going here for a number of years now, they're always super polite, prompt, and do awesome work. The only hiccup I ever had was during my wisdom teeth extraction when the nurses couldn't get my IV in, but the doctor did it right away without any issue a moment later, lol. Fillings, cleanings, you name it - all were great and they're good for letting me know when I should check in too. (Also have been very helpful for whatever hours/time arrangements I need to make for appts.)

Dr. Rahul completely transformed my smile by filling a space/fixing a broken tooth. Prior to my visit to Northern Dental, I was so self-conscious and wore a mask to hide my teeth - I am so grateful for him/his team and the incredible work that they did to restore my smile and confidence.
