My parents are with API and have been very happy with their service. The staff is amazing and so pleasant and easy to deal with. Always there to answer all your questions. My parents recently upgraded their system and the technician who came out was on time, professional, and precise with his work. He didn't rush when explaining how the new system works, and was so great at answering all their questions. They were very satisfied with everything, and highly recommend API Alarm.

Contacted API Alarm to upgrade our system. Staff was very informative and helpful. Technician was on time for the appointment. Work was completed in a very professional manner. The technician showed us how to use the new system and also showed us how to download and use the App. Great experience.

A.P.I. has taken care of my security needs for several years. Their response time is next to instant when required, patient when trying to get a hold of me, especially since I am hard to reach when I am away, and my alarm system is kept up to date technically and digitally with the monitoring app their service also provides. Highly recommended... call today!

General lack of direction/motivation/long-term vision within the organization...seems to be a day by day-operation (a real joke)-Forget about career progression here; company is pretty lean and has not been growing notably for a number of years (layoffs, on the other hand, happen on a fairly regular basis), forget about getting raises....Long story short, I regret my time here but I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who is competent and has the ability to look for something better at a more dynamic organization...

J’ai fait affaire avec eux pendant 20 ans !!!! Et lorsque que j’ai voulu quitter, il me charge une pénalité de deux mois ! Selon La protection du consommateur, il est illégal de faire cela et malgré l’envoie de la loi ils ne réclament quand même ces frais alors je ne conseille à personne de faire affaire avec cette compagnie hors des Lois et du respect de ses clients !!!!!
