Very bad experienceToo many things to mentionThey are not customer oriented restoration company they are insurance preferred restoration company.They where called during emergency on insurance request, without entering premises manager mention to us nothing wrong to home, home was completely flooded for several hours, water was coming out of premises in parking lot just imagine under this situation the manager is making you feel uncomfortable, requested several times no report submitted due to that we resident's where strand for 9 days without insurance approval. No info to us, end up cleaning ourselves to make home livable.We had to wait till asbestos results reported positive by other restoration contractor. So we where under asbestos exposure for so long periodCompleted inspection of house no report submitted to customerOnly written communication during invoicing, agreement sign ups, also was send us my insurance advisor not themExperienced in short keep us in dark they might only report insurance not customer.Despite of several calls for appointment the manager kept answering busy and suddenly half hour before calls you for home visit, forced us to leave work to meet him.They did our content assessment all major expensive appliances effected under water flooding was not included even though we reported was effected under water flooding, remember electrical appliances are covered under content coverage, once effected by water must replace them, not reliable for future use.Today morning one of the our appliance failed we had near miss of fire.Reported them still not convinced,During the inspection on next day of incident we where home watching the manager he never touched any appliances to confirm they are good or bad that manager doesn't work for this company anymore but now new gentleman still don't trust us that's the reason we're writing this reviewThey are not customer oriented team. My experience with proserve is horrible they takes forever to do anything. You can never get ahold of the project manager to ask the basic of questions they will even go out of there way to avoid talking to u. I would never of had them work on my house but my insurance pushed to have them. I would never recommend them to anyone dealing with restoration work. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else. Anyone else...

Justin done outstanding work at assessing the issues, and present them to the insurance so there would be no misunderstanding, even the extra work identified that needed to be done was submitted expediously, and was approved without problem due to the diligence of Justin, the extra work had been noticed due to the diligence of DKI field workers, and proper solution suggested and approved. Once the work started, it did progress in a timely way, and the quality of the work was excellent. A big thank you to every one that was involved in the repairs. After DKI took over the project, I have to say, it was trouble free, and stress free, they looked after everything, I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent to deal with. Quality and overall professionalism are second to none in fort-mcmurray.They were called in to my home in January in response to sewer back up. They responded fast and had the mess cleaned and demolition of wet materials out very quicklyAfter clean up and time to allow basement to dry out the gave me a estimate and time line to restore basement which was acceptable.While there was a few hiccups along the way Justin and Rick, handled them quickly.I found all the crew to be professional and friendly.Only 4 stars because they will recommend to use mr. Rooter. I suggest using another plumbing company.
