**Caution** all of the reviews discussing poor or almost fraudulent service are true even despite the kind up front sales tactics. Was guaranteed a fix for a few of my parts, furnace and water heater. After one week I was notified they were waiting on parts, after the second week they said they could not get parts. Upon returning to pick up my furnace, was pushed to buy a brand new heater, recommended to buy the wrong part for my water heater and charged $115 labour for being told it doesn't work. A lot of contradictions and it doesn't even look like they opened the furnace, screws are still in tight without the wear of it being opened, and dust all through the furnace. Not a very professional service as they couldn't even tell me what the issue was after 2 weeks of assessing my furnace. Would not recommend.

No complaints! Bought our first travel trailer last fall; Terry was great at helping us pick out something to suit our space needs and explaining everything we needed to know. Took it out a few times before the end of the season, really enjoyed it, but realized we needed some 'quality of life' adaptations for our special needs son. Terry and James designed and fabricated a wheelchair ramp and an accessory bar that allows our son to use his jolly jumper while we're on the road. (Before you think, hey they come with an A frame"... he's only 19lbs and has shattered the bolts on 3 A frames and broken the chain twice

These guys and gals here are top notch. Went it to inquire about a replacement tank for a rider mower. I instead bought a small tank from a blown up snow blower, they have lots of used stuff as well as the knowledge to get you what you need.

My wife took her Echo 370 chainsaw here to get a new bar oil cap because it broke off and got some sawdust in the reservoir. She asked for the reservoir to be cleaned out and a new cap. They did a complete service that was not asked for ($175). Got the saw home and it wouldn’t start but sounded normal. Took it back and suddenly the mechanic said the bottom end was blown. Worked fine when it was taken in. They offered me a new saw with $175 taken off. I had no choice or lose out on my money and saw. I bought a cordless battery powered saw. Asked for her old saw back. Her old saw suddenly sounds terrible when I pull the cord. Didn’t sound like that before. The new saw that I got wasn’t even filled with bar oil when I got it. All I got as a reply when I called was oops sorry. I would definitely NOT recommend Town and Country for anything. Terrible attitude and some shady things going on in the shop. Also took weeks to get a call back from the mechanic and owner.

Great price and great service. Family owned and operated. They don't have a big fancy showroom or a big fancy office where you sign the papers, but yes, you save the money. We saved almost 20% over the fancy dealers with the plush carpet.

My lawn mower suddenly started leaking oil so I took it in to find out what was wrong. They did not call with an estimate or to tell me what the issue was. They worked on it and then called me when they were done. Charged me $158 and I had to ask what the problem was. He read the work order and then said they changed the spark plug, filter and added oil. Labour was $95 per hour. Basically a tune-up. I asked why the oil was leaking everywhere and he didn't have an answer. He said maybe it was overfilled? Tilted? I said no to both. We will see what happens next time I take it out to cut the grass. I prefer to receive estimates before the work begins. I had no idea they charge $95 per hour labour. As a senior living on a pension, I need to be careful about my spending. If I had known they were only going to give it a tune-up I could have probably gotten my son to do that. I wish they had told me first. I thought it was something more serious like a blown gasket. A 2 minute phone call would have been nice.

My boyfriend and I bought our first trailer here. Very polite amazing attitudes. Overall very good services. As we were leaving our trailer started having problems and everyone jumped in to help to get her going, they even stayed after hours to make sure everything was perfect and working for us. Thank you for your great service. Will definitely be back! :)

Amazing service! Large Inventory if youre looking for new or used. Lots of parts in-stock, service is incredible!We winterized our trailer here and stored it off season.Great prices!!

I have just had my John Deere ride on lawn mower picked up by James from Town and Country Sales and Service. This repair service came highly recommended to me through one of my clients. The battery was dead and James was very helpful in assisting me. Quite a nice gentleman. Britney from the office has also been very patient and helpful- helping me with any questions I had. I also run a family business and appreciate great staff and service. Looking forward to getting my mower back soon and storing it with them over the winter!
