Johnathan came highly recommended for his work. However, we were incredibly disappointed with his lack of response to our multiple requests for an estimate on work in our century home. I really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and attempted to contact Room by Room on multiple occasions over the course of two summers, but received only one call back and no other communication. It’s a shame that there are so few tradespeople with experience on historic hardwood restoration otherwise we would have stopped trying to set something up with this business long ago. I rarely leave reviews but felt this warranted a warning to others.

On time - on budget, John and his crew always delivered good service- fair pricing and awesome looking floors. Site always clean up after job is complete
