INK. By Jess Fx - Lip Blush, Powder Ombré, Eyeliner & Microblading

This is a follow up review on INK. By Jess. I have been so pleased with the lip blushing that Jess did earlier this year for me, that I returned to have her do my eyeliner. Once again, Jess provided her full attention to finding out exactly what I wanted to achieve and explained how the procedure would be done. My comfort was always her biggest concern, which I appreciated. In the days that follow Jess has explained to me what to expect and assured me that any areas that need further attention will be dealt with on my follow up appointment in 4 to 6 weeks. I have so much confidence in Jessica and her skills as an artist and would recommend to her to anyone who is considering lip blushing or eyeliner. I should mention that I am a 63 almost 64 year old woman. So to all of you older ladies out there, you can be confident that you can have these procedures done safely and skillfully by Jess, who takes into consideration our wrinkles and saggy areas and works with them beautifully. Having my lips and eyeliner done has made my life so much easier and my makeup application quicker, especially as my eyesight gets worse! LOL! Jessica did an amazing job with my lash enhancement liner and lip blush. To start off, I do not wear much makeup and have fair skin (SPF, eyeliner, tinted and tinted lip balm). I explained this to Jessica, and she understood right from the beginning. I sent her a photo of myself on how I usually wear my makeup and photo/videos or what I wanted to achieve for myself. She took all my feedback and implanted that feedback on my face. For all my Asian sisters with fair skin that just want to look everyday natural WITHOUT the red-carpet dramatic brows and club ready eyes, look no further! Jessica was very detailed and took her time. She explained every step of the process and addressed my concerns before we started any work. She allowed me to get up a handful of times to check my liner. I was very specific with my ask on having the liner done very thin, sharp, and tightly lined on the water line. Jessica is very well educated and trained, which translates into beautiful, natural, and polished results. I'm in the process of having my eyebrows lasered off (previously done by another artist. overdone and I had to wear more make up to balance out the bold brows that looked fake on my fair skin.) and once I'm completed with my last session, I will be making an appointment to see Jessica for her handwork. Her work is just so soft!! You don't feel like you need to wear more makeup to balance out the results from Jessica. It's just NATURAL and not overdone. Her workspace is professional, clean, bright and hygienic which was so welcoming. Thanks, Jessica, for listening and just getting it. Can’t wait to see you again.

I found this sweet lady on the gram. Her work looked amazing so I hit her up for an appt. Jessica was very easy to talk to, diligent, obviously experienced and the most professional. I’m in my late 50’s and had a previous eyeliner tat that needed reviving and color correcting. I’m super happy with Jessica’s work. In future I’ll be returning to get some lip blush magic! My experience with Jess has been so awesome. She is so professional and accommodating! I LOVE my results so much and it was worth every penny. We haven't been able to do my touch-up yet because of Covid and I am way passed the date for it yet she has gone out of her way to reach out, check in and rebook me as soon as possible. Got eyeliner tattoos done by Jessica, she was super attentive making sure the tattoos work well with the shape of my eyes and how they looked when my eyes were opened and closed. Close to no swelling afterwards, and super easy and quick to heal!

As a full-time working mom, I realized I was spending a lot of time, money and energy on making my eyeliner perfect for the past 10 years.I found Jess through a friend’s social media years ago but decided to take the plunge last month. I waited for the healing of my top winged eyeliner before posting here.First impression of Jess is that she is so professional and she is very passionate about what she does. She explains the procedure before and throughout the tattooing. She asked me what I wanted, what kind of flexibility I wanted, and she gave her advice on how I should tattoo so that with age (and sagging and collagen loss). I am SO happy with my eyeliner and have gotten compliments on it already.A month later, my eyeliner looks sharp and very rich black matte still. She uses high quality pigments and I don’t have to worry about my eyeliner fading, crusting, or turning blue or red.I will eventually go back to her when my ombré powder eyebrows fade to have that done as well.If you are wondering or on the fence, take the plunge. It is so worth it!

I have been researching several artist to get my lips blushed for a while now and I never settled on anyone until I found Jessica, and I'm SO glad I waited! She was very responsive while answering my questions and booking the appointment. The appointment itself was amazing, it's hard to find good customer service on top of being great at your art and Jessica was a perfect balance of both. She made me feel at ease, she explained every step of the process and took into account what I wanted to achieve with this blushing. My lips look EXACTLY how I wanted them to look, rosy, neutralizing the darker tones I had on my lips while staying within my natural lip border, I had no swelling and the healing is easy peasy, this speaks volumes to Jessica's talent. If you're looking for permanent makeup, this is your girl ;) I LOVE MY LIPS!

Jess is an absolute professional and her studio is immaculate and inviting.I knew nothing about the lip blush process upon arrival but felt very informed and comfortable by the end of my first appointment. I had many follow-up questions during the week that followed and Jess was extremely generous with her time and patient with my concerns. I truly love the results of my first session and am looking forward to completing the process when the social distancing measures are lifted. This is my second time getting my brows and eye liner done with Jess. Her attention to detail is spot on. I didn’t know what shape suited my face and just wanted an overall natural look.
