A&W may be a burger place, but their breakfasts are great and it actually has really good coffee. Hot and tasty

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a momma with cheese no onion combo then cut out the combo. Recieved the burger with more onions than farmers grew this year. I highly doubt they put this many onions on many burgers. Photo attached. Went back to window and explained my situation they said they'd replace it if I bought a whole new burger.

Breakfast was fine and fast.The cashier was rude when I went to buss my own tray. I place it on another tray at the counter and turn to walk out of the store.I hear, You can take that to the back."I turned my head

Food at this location is usually quite good. It doesn't feel like the old A&W warm atmosphere, like the older restaurants, but it's still a decent new place to sit and eat.

Sitting in the drive thru and either the speaker I’m sitting at doesn’t work or no one willing to take my order. The car that entered the drive thru AFTER me got their order taken. I had even said “hello” into the speaker. No response. I could hear feedback through the speaker though.I wasn’t sitting for more than 5 minutes but it was annoying. So I left after no response from an employee

2 ladies on this location are so rude - Jashan and Karam, they know I buy breakfast sandwich from here every morning but still won’t let me use washroom. I used to buy sandwich from here in evening before but because evening staff is so rude, now I stopped buying anything in evening. In evening no one was taking my order, 5 employees were busy talking to each other, did not even bother say me hi. I asked Jashan - where can I complain and need my receipt. She didn’t gave me receipt and just turned, started making another order. I complained about this to morning staff and forgot about this. But every time I come here in evening these 2 ladies Jashan and Karam never fail to disrespect me. I told them do you want me to save receipt from every morning to show you guys and Karam says buy something now if you want to use washroom. I am not a person who would go write negative reviews but these 2 ladies provoked me to write this. Last time I just ignored but it seems they both are doing it on purpose. They also know I work in same mall and wait there for bus some times but I guess their purpose is to hurt the business so less customer go there, so they can just get paid without having to do anything.

Worst experiance ever at any a&w. Poor customer service. Man was bleeding all over restaurant and bathroom. Food was beyond dry and way over salted. Cleanliness is not priority here.

I knew what to expect for food before I went in, and I got it. The great positive was excellent staff/responsive and so that’s the cherry on the cake.
