Very clean, spacious and very friendly service.This location only offers poutine. I will have to come back to try it sometime. It looks pretty good. Regular poutine, steak poutine or chili poutine. Also available are spicy chicken bites.In General, I find Mr.Sub not very filling.But if you would like to enjoy some Mr. Sub, this location is a great one to go to.Again, clean and very friendly service.

I’ve only been here once, by our experience was good. Subs made as required and tube service was excellent. Quick and friendly.

Horrible location. If you enjoy getting food poisoning, then Mr. Sub is the place to go, the meat isn't stored at a proper temperatures and they have been fined by the Region of Waterloo for health code violations on many occasions. The portions are poor, the staff counts the toppings they put on and are extremely rude if you request extras.

Too cheap with the toppings. For a sun that costs almost $15, I expect better. Won't be returning to this location.

Friendly staff.. fast service.. great subs!My two favorite subs are the seafood and assorted! I just wish they had regular white onions, like they used to have, years ago! I much preferred them, over the red onions they have now!

I have a feeling there was supposed to be more than 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of turkey on the ultimate club.Like who builds a sandwich where you start with ham,skip a spot add more ham and then fill in the empty spots with 2 pieces of turkey instead of a layer of each.I remember that sandwich having alot meat before. And the cheese bread had a small sprinkle of cheese..I'm going to try other locations and see if it is the same at other locations
