It was a quiet lunch (one other table) but that didn't stop the waitress (maybe 15 years old?) from disappearing. My drink was so full that as soon as I touched it I spilt some, but she didn't come back until she brought the food.When the food came my meal was okay, but the cold ribs and enemic fries on my wife's plate were a complete letdown.

Delightfully surprised, great food all hot and cooked properly. The double baked hot wings were double baked and hot tempature wise. Pizza was good and beer on tap cold. Pretty fundamental and important, with great service we had a great experience. Was here many years ago Nd this is a vast improvement.

Very disappointing experience last night. We ordered delivery and waited over two hours to get our food. We called after the one hour mark (the suggested wait time) and were told...Sorry...it's on it's way). After another 40 minutes

I had a great time with my best friend, It was busy but the service was well put. It's nice to go too, Especially with family or in a group. I'd say the best for a conversation as well, As everyone else around you is in conversation. You can talk along the crowd and fit right in.Although, What I found dissatisfied is that when I took the first bite of my cheesecake. I found that bit of plastic in it which is shown in my photo on the top right corner of the cake.But- Since the cake itself tastes awfully good, I didn't complain.

Just drove 7 hours, decided to sto0 to this establishment for some good food before we continued on our journey. We were seated at out table and waited for almost 15 minutes and nobody came to serve us. Meanwhile a group was seated a couple of tables over and a server was there within minutes. What's up high level boston pizza? Not impressed to say the least.

First of all wow... just wow... this was the best restaurant I've ever eaten at in my 43 years of living. The food was spectacular, so scrumptious, came out quick and all in all just amazing. Don't even get me started on our waitress, Mercedes. She was the best server I've ever encountered. She was extremely polite, helpful and continuously checked up on us. I would recommend this place to every single person I know. I will definitely be coming back here Boston Pizza you rock!!!

Understaffed and under-stocked. I go to a franchise restaurant/lounge with the expectation that the menu items will be available. Various beers, and the appetizer I specifically desired, were not available. The staff was stretched and had little time to spare. That said, I accidentally broke a glass and the staff was easy-going about the loss. The lounge is a good place to watch the game"."

Went out for supper few weeks ago for my cousins 12th birthday and the workers were very kind and kept comin back to make sure we had everything we wanted, the food was great tasting and lookin, the wait was not long at all even tho it was a bit busy.Great place to eat, definitely will be coming back!

Worst service ever. First, did not get the drink I ordered, yet the waitress tried to charge me for it. However in the end she did remove it after I pointed it out. When paying for our meal, she decided to tip herself $15. She tried to say I did it myself, but there was no tipping option given. Krish was the waitress’ name. Just beware of this girl, it wasn’t the first time she did this to us.
