Working with Zahra was an absolute pleasure! I struggled to find a mehndi artist for my wedding who could understand what I was looking for, but Zahra understood right away. She was accommodating and always on time. Her artistry is second to none and she was friendly with all of my wedding party and guests - giving them exactly what they wanted. I'd highly recommend Design by Z's services and would happily work with Zahra again and again!

Zahra (who can be found on Instagram under “designsbyzahra”) is absolutely amazing! She is very talented and her personality is so positive and upbeat. She works very hard and was willing to stay late to accommodate everyone. She makes all of her henna at home and it is all natural and organic. Would definitely recommend her to anyone and am hoping to find reasons to hire her again in the future!

Wedding Planner here - and I LOVE working with Design by Z. Professional, on time, great communication, and stellar service! Plus the designs are beautiful, stain is brilliant and I've never had a bride have a bad reaction to the paste, very natural paste!!!! I would highly recommend using their services! You cant go wrong!

Zahra is one of the most creative and talented people I have ever come across! She has put henna on my hands/feet on multiple celebratory occasions and I have been blown away by her beautiful personalized designs, tremendous patience and attention to detail! Her amazing personality makes sitting in one place and holding still a lot more doable. I would highly recommend Designs by Z for all your henna needs!

If you are like me and want a professional who can put together a unique henna design just for you, Zahra is your go to henna artist…not only did she bring the designs I imagined to life, she was very friendly that I did not even realize the time go by…my friend had chosen her for my bridal shower and I just had to work with her again for my wedding as well :)
