These guys are terrible. The drivers are rude, snapping their fingers to get your attention when you are busy with another courier. The dispatchers lie to you when you ask how long till your shipment will be picked up that you ordered @ 10am and it's 3:30pm. He's just ten minutes away" 5pm driver finally graces us with his presence. I really dislike this company."

Changing to 5 stars based on the excellent services we received recently. Mr. Robin a great help.

terrible service and horrible dispatch. No shows for shipment and had to call multiple times, put on hold multiple times, while the dispatch forgot who they were dealing with. No one had any info on my pick up even though THEY had emailed me my BOL. When the driver did show up AFTER our closing time the Driver showed me he was given a horrible mistyped address that shouldn't have happened considering its on the BOL. no one ever called me when the driver could not find the proper address. Once I cancelled and told the dispatch about this they were very uncaring that they lost our business. All in all very unprofessional and disorganized. Me and my company will never try to use this carrier again.

This company charged $85.88 to use the lift on its delivery vehicle to lower a pallet as we do not have a dock. what a rip off. just be awaire.

Don't ever Trust these guys with your credit card number.

They accepted a shipment without the destination address. Fortunately our people had a copy of the shipping document. Problem was the shipment ended up in Calgary where we had to drive an hour and a half to go pick it up. Still had to pay for the shipment!

These guys used to be my go to, I swore by them and even convinced several customers to switch to Rosenau. Fast forward to now Dec 2021 and I have regrets. They don't show up nor call or email to advise me that they won't be showing up. Shipments that should be next day, are days out. I recently shipped 3 large pallets to Edmonton [ a 3 hour drive from my current location ] and 9 days later, am currently on hold while they 'track it down'. I strongly suggest using someone else. I'm not sure what exactly happened with this company but they are not the company that I encouraged my customers to use anymore.June 7thGave them another chance. But due to several delays, not picking up when scheduled or reaching out to inform staff that they won’t be there or will be late followed by ‘my dog ate my homework excuses’, and on and on….this transport company has been added to our list of vendors we no longer use. Such a shame. From my preferred freight company to one we can no longer use or recommend as they no longer meet our ISO standards.

Very quick service delivered my big order in couple of days from Vancouver to Calgary

So, I really wanted to have a good experience with this company but it did not happen. We had scheduled a pickup for Wednesday afternoon, the driver arrived an hour and a half early before the pallet was packed. They left and said they would be back at the correct time. They did not come back that night.After talking to Robin (who was fantastic and I would give 5 stars) the delivery was rescheduled for Thursday morning. When the driver arrived, the tailgate broke. The driver said another truck was ten minutes away. Three hours later, we were still waiting for the product to be picked up. My staff had to leave and so another staff had to rush their to be there for the driver to sign the PO etc.When the driver arrived, he didn't ring the doorbell or anything he just took the pallet and left but didn't talk to anyone. He did not leave any tracking information. So we spent like 30 minutes panicked thinking the product had been stolen. We called dispatch and they confirmed with the driver that he had indeed picked it up.Friday comes around and the product was supposed to be delivered (to another city). The PO had the correct address and a phone number for the driver to call upon arrival. The product was delivered to a completely different (unapproved) address that was NOT on the PO and did not call ahead of time to schedule the delivery with the customer. This led to a lot of frustration for both our team and our customer's team.I loved that this business was built on community values, but unfortunately was really disappointed. The only thing that kept me from leaving zero stars was that Robin was super gracious.

Edit: I have cleared my previous review as I don’t think the negative details need to be continued as I am so impressed with how they handled this situation. Short story, my package was delivered damaged and the initial phone call wasn’t the most positive. I was invited to reach out and sort out a better outcome and I had the pleasure of speaking with their customer experience manager, Kari. Thank you so much for turning this situation completely around to the positive and even going a step further to help offer a return solution. I am so impressed with her speed, professionalism and accountability to turn this into a great experience despite the circumstances. I left that call feeling 100% heard and respected and even happy. So thank you Kari, and thank you Bernie for your excellent representation of your business’s values!
