About 20 people lined up outside, just to have two workers come out to let everyone know that all requests must be done online. No one was allowed into the building.I explained that I tried to print an online form to replace my lost citizenship documents, however, the website, prevented me from printing an online form insisting I needed to pick a paper form.On arrival and after waiting with all 20 people, I was told that there was nothing they could do. When I told them what the website said, the answer was 'they just send you here to be told to go online".Wasted day and I still do not know how to get a replacement form after months of trying."

Very bad service. I have been waiting for months to get my Permanent Resident Card and I'm still waiting. Can't reach anybody on the phone and I'm really frustrated. Unacceptable service. Why do we even pay taxes if that's the service we are getting.

Super bad service.No contact number to call, none of my questions were answered.And when you try to go there they will tell you to take an appointment, when you try to take an appointment they just don't answer or they just don't provide any kind of guidance on super stupid website.

Applied for Urgent processing of my citizenship to Join the Canadian armed force , However, even if i applied through both webform and physical mail, noone is checking on my request nor making decision for 3 months.

You do not even commit the processing time! When I’m going to receive my Citizenship Certificate??? Update: it’s been 4 months and I’m still waiting just for the paper to be mailed that’s my right people!! Arrogant to not even paying attention to all these pad reviews. Not even one star.

If I could give zero stars I would.I don’t even want this office for my enemy. The worst Immigration office for unlucky people whose files transferred to. It is like a black hole, they keep asking for more docs but they do not even take one step towards completing your file.I applied for Citizenship Feb 2021. After 20 months, they still keep asking me for the documents which were originally placed and sent to them. I wonder if they lost the files. But guess what, there is no phone number to call, and if you go in person, they do not respond.They have zero respect and appreciation for your time and money.They ask for docs that takes months to provide and cost hundreds of dollars, and what is more disappointing is that you have already attached those files to your file when sending it.Their officers do not answer to anybody and when you call CIC, they say the officer can ask for anything at anytime.This office is a joke. Another waste of our tax money that goes for no service.

The most bureaucratic and corruptive department of Canadian government. The worst service provided by these civil servants working there. I tried more than 200 times to reach out the office bywebforms, phone calls and emails. No effective response ever for my PR application.

Very rude people, they can't provide more info than you already know. No intercontact with other departments. It's a perfect bureaucracy.

I really appreciate the high level of organisation and respectful way to deal with you. Before going there I was really afraid because of the bad reviews for this place. But infact it is completely different, the respected and helpful security guys, also the kind, polite, respectful employer at the desk office.Thanks to everyone at this place.
