My mom’s phone screen broke & we had gone to two stores before coming here. One of them had me waiting for a week and did not even order the screen for me until I called a million times. Luckily, we found this place and they were able to replace the screen in 1 hour!! Very satisfied! They saved us a week worth of time. We were getting so frustrated with the other shop that we had no hope in finding a place that would be able to repair the screen but thankfully they had that models screen in stock. Phone looks brand new & is working great! Will definitely be coming back for any future cell phone repairs. Thank you so much! Greatly appreciated :)

Purchased 2 screen protectors a 2 cases for new iPhone 13. 30 days later 1 screen protector bubbled and 1 case was peeling. The guy at the counter replaced the protector but said to bad on the case .. he said they all do that, wouldn’t even give a discount on a different case. We went down the mall to a different store and purchased a case.Poor customer service .. should never do business with a store that won’t backup the products they sell.

Poor quality of workmanship. Had my screen replaced plus installed a screen protector, not even a month. Screen peeled off. Paid them $165 cash. Warranty won't cover it because they said there was already Crack from the screen...which is just a minor... unprofessional...don't waste your time and money on this store.

Had an issue with a screen protector. I had made a mistake with installing it. it was my fault and didn't bother going back. My spouse went in and they replaced it with zero questions and were very understanding with the issue. They also installed hers at the same time. Very happy and always find this store to be excellent.

I walked around the entire mall looking for a screen protector at a reasonable price. I am glad I stopped here. The screen protector price is 1/3 the price of every other retailer. The customer service was great as he also installed my screen protector for me. I will shop here again.

Not a good experience. They kept pushing me to buy more things (and I only work part-time and don’t have a lot of money to spend on random stuff). All I was looking for was a case cover for my AirPods and I ended up leaving with three things because they kept pushing and I’m not good at saying no over and over again, so I feel like they took advantage of me. They also put on a new screen protector for me and I’m not happy with how it turned out. There’s a few air bubbles and I’m not happy with the screen protector in general and they won’t give me a refund. They also pushed me to buy a new phone case and didn’t give me any time to think about what I was about to spend my hard earned money on. After I left, I realize I could have gotten a free replacement from otter box instead of paying $60 for a new one. The entire time I was there, I had a weird feeling, it was just an uncomfortable experience. Do not recommend!

Perfect store for your mobile or a tablet! This place has a solution for everything. The guy here name Omar is a savior. I’ve repaired many phones as well as tablets with him and it all works great. A vast varieties of accessories this store has. The service is prompt too. Absolute value for money.
