The father is good and knowledgeable the son is a real monster he treats his father with no respect he is a bully to the cusomers as well has no social skills and no business sense i would never go back there you can all the same product at prairie mobile with better service and cheaper

Horrible customer service owner is the worst person to deal with I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with save you self the hassle and shop somewhere else

Incredibly rude, no mannerism. If you dont like something politely say so. There is no need to get into someone's face and then throw your weight around. Simple manners would have gone a long way, and wouldn't have resulted in a poor review.

My 1st choice if I am to shop anything vhf, uhf, coax, antennae etc., and even knowledge. I have been to those high profile Praire Mobile Comm etc,and all you get is inexperience and return trips due to lack of product knowledge. U buy at Hub City Radio, you will be provided with more than enough information about the product you bought. Praire will sell you the worse of two products knowing very well there is a better improved version of it in stock. Hub City Radio are there to protect you and your product. Both employees/owners at Hub City are very knowedgeable with what they do because I heard that it is not just another job as it is for PraireMobile workers, but a passion they have served for decades. I understand the son is an electrical engineer and no wonder why he is so knowledgeable and hands on. I would highly recommend Hub City Radio, especially novices looking to buy and understand how the product they bought works.
