The chairs may need some TLC, but the staff is incredible. The ladies at the front are super helpful, polite, and kind. Very professional. The doctors are very attentive and know what they’re talking about, which is what you should be looking for at a doctors office. Would recommend for walk-ins and to get a family doctor. It’s easy to look past the not so aesthetically pleasing chairs (which are still pretty comfy, btw) when the people treat you well and like a civilized human.

Waiting room seating is disgusting. I've been to this walk in clinic several times now. 3 visits ago I saw a Dr that was rude, loud, and abrasive. Ive told them all that i have aspergers and loyd rude abrasive doesnt work for me. I'm being kind. The next visit I saw a different Dr about the same injury and that Dr had a great bedside manor. I returned and yet again and I asked to make sure not to see the rude Dr. 4 hour wait. Finally saw a Dr who said it be shorter of I'd have seen the rude Dr. I guess they're punishing me for my freedom of choice. I don't have to see a Dr that I don't feel comfortable with. I was told the Dr. Can only see me for one issua at a time. Only this clinic says that. I informed the Dr that I have pain in my abdominal area plus blood in my rectum. He said he too busy to address it, and I should get cancer screening at my age. Guess I should have seen a loud rude abrasive Dr that I don't trust.

DR. DAREN LIND. That's the name of the doctor I saw who did not treat me with dignity and care. I felt violated by this experience due to something he did. I'm not the first person to complain about him if you read the other reviews, and by the looks of it certainly not the last.When he came in, he didn't bother to introduce himself or look up from his laptop while he demanded for background. He gave me the nastiest glare when I dared to ask for his name. He was very condescending towards me and kept invalidating my experience with my condition. I even had to pull up my previous prescription just for him to believe that I wasn't lying. I've dealt with rude doctors before, but not at this magnitude.On top of it all, he mentioned he was going to check my breathing. Next thing I know he walks over and just yanks my shirt up!! In all of my experience with doctors I was always given the option to pull it up myself or be asked for consent if they can do so. If I was wearing a regular bra at the time, my chest would have been exposed. I froze up and could not react at the moment due to fear that I will be treated much worse. I was exhausted at the time and just wanted my prescription to get out of there. I felt violated by this experience and found myself crying about it still weeks later.I had to stop taking the prescription he gave me because the antibiotics were so strong, I started getting severe heartburn and acid reflux. Overall this was a traumatizing experience with a terrible aftermath. Please watch out and make sure you're not alone in the room if you get him. Better yet, just ask for a different doctor.

Waited too long. We have booked for appointments but still waiting for hours to get treated. What’s the point of scheduling appointments? Just make it walk-in clinic then! Even a walk-in clinic is faster than here!

By far the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. Very long wait times (over a hour with appointment.) it’s clear that Dr. Lind has 0 experience with technology and checking files and can’t even produce a sick note. Absolutely no respect given to his patience, at one point I had to ask if I had done something to offend him. I’ll be sure if I have to ever use this location again I will do my upmost to avoid him. The waiting room is gross with tattered seats and gum stuck under most surfaces. I have had a more pleasant experience with other doctors at this location and the other staff is helpful and seem to show genuine care but in the future if booking an appointment I’d recommend avoiding Dr. Lind.

Very bad customer service. The clinic did not pick up the phone after one hour and half. I called the manager of Rexall at least ask clinic to pick up the phone to make an appointment for myself.This is rude, Morally in correct to ignore to answer patients. I am hoping whoever is responsible in that clonic advise some respectful customer service skills.I believe upper Authority from government must give them a piece of mind. Had the misfortune of dealing with Dr. Lind at this location. I’ve dealt with arrogant, rude doctors before, but nowhere even close this this bad. He walks into the room, doesn’t introduce himself, initiates what I can best describe as an interrogation, then becomes impatient and incredibly condescending when you either don’t provide the answer he wanted or don’t provide it as fast as he wants it. Maybe this could be overlooked if he actually delivered good care or bothered to do any investigation, but he doesn’t, at least not based on my experience. Especially in the case of physically disabled patients who make great effort to get to the doctor, only to be treated like an annoyance and then rudely dismissed with almost no assessment. Very disappointing to see in a doctor.

Poor unprofessional services.I was covid positive last week. After 7 days I thought I need to see a doctor. I phoned before I came and was ensured I can come in after 5 days even I still have symptoms. I came and waited and noticed all the people after me went to see the doctor and left. I was the only one there. After that new people came in and get called. I asked a few times the answer is they are still waiting for that special room to be available. Excuse me? Even you deep clean that room 5 time will be finished. If you are not comfortable I am coming in please let me know and I will pursue other measures. Of course that special room "is no different from any others. I am pretty upset with their professionalism. Now I am in the room . I will see how long I will be waiting."

worst experience we’ve ever had with a physician. the waiting area looked very unpleasant but that’s just a small fraction of why our experience was the worst. for context, my girlfriend was the one getting consulted and i went with her, and i’m glad i went and accompanied her. she went to get her knee pain that’s been bothering her for weeks consulted.we got Dr. Daren Lind as our physician. he came in the room without any greeting at all and proceeded to do his consultation right away. he asked why we were there, he used some terminologies my girlfriend couldnt fully understand and he’s very condescending towards us about that. after asking the questions he straight up said “take it off”, referring to her pants. he didn’t even ask “are you comfortable taking it off” or “may i ask you to take it off so we can examine further”, he straight up said “take it off.”he proceeded to tell my girlfriend to get on the patient’s bed so he could examine her knees. he then aggressively asked her to relax her legs, but how can you relax your legs in a situation like that? he asked to relax it again and she answered “i’m trying to”, he then got mad saying “well, you’re not doing it how can we examine it?”. after that he went back to his laptop.he handed us the prescription and x-ray referral and straight up left. he didnt even mention what could be or what’s causing the pain in her knees, nothing. he just said drink this and get an x-ray. overall the experience was very unprofessional and unpleasant. the worst physician i’ve ever seen. my girlfriend was holding back her tears when we were leaving and she cried while we were in the car because she was intimidated and traumatized by that experience. we’re never going back to that clinic again. i should’ve read reviews before booking my appointment . if you’re going to this clinic avoid Dr. Lind at all costs.

The chairs in the waiting room are disgusting and need to be replaced as they are falling apart, and dirty, as a professional clinic the waiting room should also be cleaned or wipes provided. You are advertised as a walk in clinic, I came in as a walk in and ended up having to wait two hours for an appointment, when I returned i was told I needed to wait an additional 40 min. My phone number was not confirmed so now on all the requisitions I was given for tests and on the medical file there is some random phone number so now I cannot get me test results. I have tried calling numerous times to correct only to have the phone unanswered and although the hours say till 5, it is 4pm and it is now saying it is closed.The doctor however was very kind and listened to my concerns and very through.The front end medical office assistance should be taught patient care and show a little pride in the front end of the clinic as well quit false advertising and learn how to communicate properly and perhaps DO THEIR JOB
