Had home and auto with them. They were unable to help with small business or trailers and were one of the more expensive on the home insurance. I was making some changes and discovered after a year of insurance that my vehicle was not covered for what I had ask for and been told I had. They had lost some paperwork and I've been paying for a year for coverage that was wrong. They then wanted me to redo the papers with a mechanic at my expense.Since they couldn't help with several areas of insurance, were more expensive, and I wasn't covered for what I wanted, I decided to just go to another company.Cost me $900 in fees to close my insurance with them.
