My company has been using Overland for about 4 years. We're using them for our Western Canada shipments. As, a company we are 100% satisfied with the service, the price structure and treatment that they give to our products. We have had zero lost skids or damaged orders the entire time. We ship on average 8-10 skids per week. The price is competitive. The admin staff at Overland seem to have a solid respect for their jobs and take the extra steps to make sure the job is done 100%. We value working with Overland West and would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a strong transport partner. You will not be treated as a number from Overland.

Been waiting for my delivery for over 2 week.They shipped it to the wrong city!!! I phoned so many times. And was promised so many call backs… and yet another week is starting and I am wasting my time with this ignorance.Her manager Melissa is horrible at her job. This place is pathetic and I hope that they don’t continue operations.

Amazing service and Dale is a very responsive and helpful Rep. Their pricing is very low for the service they provide. The customer portal makes it easy for our team to track our shipments, get quotes and book shipments. I highly recommend them!

Not Happy,I got a call from a driver who stated he would deliver a new engine (to my dealership) last Thursday. One week later, its still not delivered. Called them 3 times and get no where. I am very concerned about this companies ability to our handle important assets.

Very busy place

Do not ship with this company. We shipped commercial goods to a client which were critical to their project in September. Overland lost the shipment. They then advised me that they found the shipment in December. They then lost the shipment again. I am not sure how you can lose a shipment twice, but they managed to do it. It was not until March that I received compensation for the lost goods. We were reimbursed $1,020 when our cost on the project was $5,300. We also had to fabricate new products and send to the client which caused an additional $5,300. This was explained to them and they did not care. We also lost a long time customer due to their ignorance.

Best company to work best fleet and well maintained trailers

We use Overland West as our shipping partner and sometimes unfortunate damages do occur in transit. Nevertheless, the Claims Manager, Brenda Chursinoff has made our freight claim experience very pleasant in less favorable circumstances. We are extremely appreciative of her prompt help and fairness in claims adjudication. Thank you so much, Brenda!
