Customer service is decent. The prices are ridiculous. Typical in Banff. I shop mainly in Calgary for groceries sometimes Canmore. Pretty sad even with gas and 1.5hr drive it's a savings to head into the city.

Nesters used to have a decent assortment of quality & local products but I find this has changed.Fruits & veg are often obnoxiously expensive for the poor quality - barely any organic &/or local options.Not enough grass fed beef, butter, milk options.I’d love to see better quality, fresh & alive produce + grass fed/ pasture raised meats, eggs & dairy options.The stars go to the associates who are always nice at checkout. The rest of the store needs a serious revamp.

Vegan game is on point here. So many different items for a small location. There was free Gusta samples a while. Vegan cashew cheesecake, Silk milk, Daiya pizzas, vegan yogurt, and many other things here now.When I lived here I was told that this is where the locals prefer to shop! Not sure if that is why I ended up shopping there over Safeway or because it was closer haha but it is a good little grocery store.

A great, well-sized, well-stocked local market with a good range of products, lots of fresh produce, baked goods, cakes and hot soup. The coffee is pretty good too. All of this at reasonable prices and all the staff we encounter were very friendly, especially Jami. Thank you for making our shopping experiences enjoyable.

Every time we come to Banff we go here, going on 2 years now at least twice a year. Super friendly staff! They should definitely be appreciated more, prices aren’t outrageous for Banff its just like any other place. Always good quality and fast checkout. Will continue to come back here every visit!

One of the two significant grocery stores in Banff. This one is local and offers a great selection of... everything. I like the prepared foods in the deli and everyone is always friendly and ready to jump in and help. On a cold day when you don’t want to spend a fortune on lunch... hot soup and a chicken is perfect.
