The UPS Store

I used them for a mass mailout printing I had to do recently. They were prompt, and where they thought my mailing process wouldn't work they were helpful in offering advice. Kinh and Helen even put in some overtime to help me get everything through on time. I'm really impressed.

You will find excellent customer service at this UPS Store. I was happy to even find an excellent Valentine's Day card there for my sweetie too! Thanks for serving our community and your customers so well !!

I had the so called bald guy with glasses help me both on the phone and in person. I wanted to send cookies to a daughter. he was very busy both times. but took the time to help me and was very polite and nice.

Absolutely stellar job on packing a painting and shipping to me. Kinh made sure the packing was extremely strong for the long journey to western Canada and it arrived safely. Would highly recommend their services and price was very good for the service rendered. Really appreciate your help!

Abyssal. No one would help me. I got a missed delivery" slip while I was sitting in my apartment and no one at UPS would help me have my package brought to me. I can't travel

Excellent service and price! I went in to have afew large documents scanned after going to Staples. At Staples I was told I needed to leave my documents with them and return for pick up. It seemed like a very small job and there was literally no one else in the store, they also wanted way to much for afew scans. UPS in Freddys did it straight away as I waited and was way cheaper. Service was awesome.

Walked in on a rainy day with my bicycle to pickup a parcel only to be yelled at to leave my bike outside. Not only was the store not busy and my bike was certainly not in anyones way but the clerk felt the need to yell I was being caught on camera through the customer he was currently “helping”.

This place has really amazing customer service. I was caught in a real problem having to priority mail a small item overnight and had myself been on a plane. I got to the store about 30 minutes past the 4pm pick up for overnight priority and the staff there went above and beyond. This was on a Thursday and so missing this time meant my item would not be at its destination until Monday or Tuesday.After processing my request the gentleman behind the counter named Kinh gathered his jacket and told me he was going to run to the depot and see if the overnight truck had left. And apparently they caught the truck and my important item was delivered the next day.I reckon a truly great asset to the community when the chips were down.Thanks again, Kinh
