Simply The Best Thrift Store

Small tight , but full of great items . Staff helpful . Each time I visit my son in Kamloops it is a go to shop .

Terrible hours and they close early. They are only open 9:30 to 4:00, the time when most people work, those that have money to spend. I came here one day when I got off work early and they were closed early! Wasted my time and gas, only to find it was closed during prime Christmas shopping season. There were 5 other customers standing at the door. They are losing a lot of money. You go out of your way to help a small, local business and that's how they treat their customers. Would not bother to go here, don't worry, it's likely you won't be able to anyway!

This place is garbage. Don't waste your time, it's supposed to be a nonprofit but they've turned into Value Village Lite. They used to have a great $5 bag of clothes deal where you could stuff a grocery bag for $5. Now they've reduced it to 10 items in a bag for $5 which is fine and fair, but they also now 'special tag' anything worth even looking at, which excludes it from the bag sale. And, they're becoming so greedy that they even have a VINTAGE section (in a thrift store!) which is all 'special' tagged with jacked up prices!And not only do they special tag half their stock, everything in this store has shot up in price. It's ridiculous. I saw a bad designer knockoff purse there for EIGHT DOLLARS. Their housewares used to be 30 cents for a mug a year or so ago, now they're $1.00+. Many things are priced near retail value, I went in around the holidays and found strings of Christmas lights for $8+ each.The management of this place changed over a few years ago and it started sliding in terms of quality and value. This place went from a gem to being total trash. Don't waste your time or money here.

The rudest person was working the counter today. Did not greet me when I walked in, until I said hello. Not a big deal. What shocked me was how rude and ignorant she was to someone that was asking for help. She ignored her until she couldn't anymore then said What do you want?" I was appalled. Even though I had just arrived

I got a great bargain with the books I purchased, 3 books for $1. I was beyond thrilled, the store has tons of nick nacks, I'm sure you can definitely find something you need or don't need but want

Friendly staff and good prices but very limited selection as thr shop is pretty small.

Although this is a small store, they pack in a lot of items. They have all your household needs from bedding to kitchen utensils and clothing that is unique. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety. If you are thrifty, you should take the time to check this place out.

customer service is terrible, and the staff were yelling at each other across the store. i always feel very uncomfortable and unwanted as a customer when i walk into the store not to mention everything is very disorganized.

It may be small and tight to get around in but I have found some wonderful things here! Great little thrift store!
