Have been a patient with Dr.Shapero for over 20yrs, always professional and he truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for dermatologist.i might add that Dr Harvey Shapero caught my Melanoma and if it wasn't for his thorough exam i wouldn't be here today. Dr Shapero was wonderful to deal with. We came to him with a case of ‘emergency teenage horrific acne’ and he was kind and understanding with my very anxious teenage son. A true gentleman. His office staff is also lovely to deal with. I highly recommend.

The whole dermatology experience from start to finish at the Shapero clinic is excellent! Dr. Jonathan is kind, considerate, informative and thorough. The staff that greet you are most helpful, friendly and accommodating. I actually feel my health experience is in good hands. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been more than satisfied patients of both Dr's Harvey and Jonathan for many many years. They are both excellent physicians. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to either of the Shapero's. The front line staff is also first rate. Always a friendly greeting, very professional, yet caring. Kudo's for your practice. Staff and Dr. Shapero were efficient as I arrived quite early and was scheduled for my scheduled appointment/check-up so in and out in less than half an hour. Time is not the most important factor but with the ridiculous Toronto traffic these days it was a bonus to the excellent care I received.Thank you Dr. Shapero

The appointment times are aways as scheduled and someone answers the phone when you call to make any changes. Amazing!

I have been treated at the Shapero office several times. The office staff are extremely courteous and professional. The doctors are clearly highly skilled and very kind. You get a chance to ask questions without being rushed out the door. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality care.
