Unorganized bridal shop can be the worst thing ever!I had an appointment on Sunday at 5 pm, but they cancelled my appointment on Saturday at 8 pm by sending a text message!!! Not even a phone call out of courtesy! They said that they are moving to a new location, but for that reason they could’ve informed me at least 48 hours prior to my appointment so that I could plan accordingly. It’s interesting because they kept their booking calandra open for the wrong location, so not sure how many more people this has happened to!I’m glad that I never visited this place, because this could’ve happened when delivering my wedding gown!

Made my wedding dress experience an absolute nightmare!I ordered my wedding dress November 2021 and was promised to receive it March 2022. There were delays because of the war in Ukraine and I was promised to receive the dress in May, which didn't happen. During that period of waiting - I received zero updates. I constantly had to follow-up with the store...which was a nightmare!By mid June, still no dress. I asked for my deposit back so I can find something new within days before my wedding date.In the end, I didn't receive my wedding dress or deposit.Ivanna, you should be ashamed of yourself for scamming brides and ruining a special experience!

mehhh customer service. I had an appointment booked and I came in with mymom. The girl wasn't very engaged, feels like she was only focused on pricing and looked at me differently because i was looking for off the rack dresses... for a dress you're going to spend a lot of money on the customer should be better

After too many unanswered calls, texts, whatsapps & emails from Ana Koi & paying part of a supposed to be free shipping" I got a different bridal gown & most probably it's not even from the designer (Mistrelli) that my original ordered wedding dress (agatha by mistrelli) was from.this is insane and totally unacceptable.In addition to the stress Ana koi gave me from their horrible customer service

I am very grateful to Ivanna, Beverly and everyone that helped get my dress to me from Ukraine. It is a crazy story and I still can't believe it happened.I ordered my dress back in November 2021. It was a Giovanna Alessandro dress. In March I realized it wasn't gonna come in time because of the war. I felt that it was a horrible situation and out of everyone's control. Beverly had tried many ways to get my dress to me in time but since I live in the states and Ana Koi is in Canada, there were too many complications with shipping. She tried very hard to communicate with the production company in Ukraine. She let me know what was going on. I kept praying, not just for my dress but for everyone going through war.My ceremony date was April and it was approaching within a week, and still no dress. A week before I left for paris, I got an email from Beverly that said the worker from Ukraine escaped to Poland with my dress. Beverly gave her my address in Paris in hopes that she could send it to me from Poland. The dress arrived two days before my celebration. It was vacuumed sealed in a tiny bag. When I took it out it was in perfect condition. It fit amazingly without alterations. I am one lucky girl and forever grateful to everyone that was involved. Especially the person who escaped Ukraine with my dress. If the dress had not fit, Ana Koi assured me that I wouldn't have to pay for anything. They would refund everything to me. Luckily it all worked out and they didn't even charge me for shipping. They were extremely nice to me. This situation wasn't their fault but they took it on with grace. Thank you Ana Koi for helping make my dream come true.

Made my wedding dress shopping experience a nightmare. Beware ladies, stay away. Read the low ratings carefully before purchasing anything from this store.

Had a truly amazing experience with purchasing my wedding dress at Ana Koi. Beautiful selection of dresses and amazing staff! Drove back and forth from Montreal for each appointment and it was well worth it. A big thank you to all staff and particularly to Tatiana the seamstress!

I said Yes to the Dress! at Ana Koi Bridal and I'm so happy I did. I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable, as well as, patient. The environment in the store was relaxing and I felt like the staff gave you time to discuss the dress with your family/friends without hovering over you.My wedding dress from Ana Koi was STUNNING. It was high quality and very unique from any other dress I had tried on or have ever seen. As soon as I put the dress on, I knew that it was the one I wanted. I got the same reaction from my family when I stepped out of the changing room. The day of my wedding I got so many compliments and still to this day I am getting compliments on how beautiful and unique my dress was. The staff measured me and when my dress came in, I barely needed any alterations - it seriously fit like a glove.I would definitely recommend Ana Koi Bridal.

Brides, you're already so stressed in this entire wedding planning process, do not add another one by working with this store!!! I beg you, stay away!!!!I went to this store in March 2022 and ended up ordering my bridal dress, due entirely and ONLY to Beverly, who was extremely knowledgeable, without pushing the sale, and just open to customizing anything. I asked for three modifications to the sample dress, one of which being no train. I was told by Beverly that they have a great relationship with the Giovanna Alessandro manufacturer and they can absolutely ask for it to be made without train. They took my measurements and told me they'd be ordering my dress to my measurements. So with all this made to order, I was told I'd be expecting another $300 or so in alterations (for a couple of things to add, which in the end I decided not to actually).When the dress came in last month, and it was almost 2 sizes larger and hanging off of me (no, I did not lose any weight in the meantime!), I was told they all come like this, and alterations are needed in the store ($300). You guessed it, it also had a train, for which I had to pay another $300 to remove. And of course, it wasn't made to my length, so it had to be shortened. So, total alterations about $700 something... when I was expecting about $300.After much negotiation, and me showing them the initial order where it said no train" they gave me a few $ off. I was told the credit card terminal doesn't work that day but I can pay for the alterations with the credit card when I pick up the dress.Communications is just inexistent with this store. They don't pick up phones

I would give 0 stars if possible.Ladies, please spare yourself the stress and do not order any dress from the online store. I made an order in early September and requested for the dress to be delivered by mid October, and paid a deposit of half the dress price. I also reached out to the shop via the online chat function, and the sales assistant confirmed that the dress would reach on time.Subsequent to that, I've tried asking for an update on the chat function numerous times and also opened a ticket and emailed them many times, but have not been provided with any updates on the dress and when it will be delivered (if it will even be!).Really horrible customer service! I've had to resort to renting another dress for my upcoming nuptials cause of the lack of response/updates. Safe to say that I should consider the deposit I paid as forfeited. Please do yourself a favour and not purchase anything from the online store.
