Had my roll of 6 kitchen knives sharpened.I normally sharpen my own with a stone and these are much sharper than anything I've done and much much much quicker.10/10 would recommend anyone get there knives sharpened by NJR.I have an ax that needs sharpening too and will be bringing it to NJR as well.

Unreal selection of handle materials. Very knowledgable knife maker, I came in wanting a specific shape, and he advised some minor adjustments that made a huge difference on how well the blade felt in hand.
