River Canard Flowers

This was disgusting. I ordered flowers for Nov 11 to surprise my friend and they took my money and didn't deliver flowers. Then I looked at reviews only for the reviews to say their saying ripping people off. DONT GIVE THEM UR MONEY!!!!

My step daughter ordered flowers from this shop last week to have them delivered to her mom (my wife) for her birthday. The flowers were to be delivered last friday but we have not received them. I drove into town today to find out what is the problem. The place is closed and their phone number is disconnected. I spoke with some of the local shopkeepers who tell me the place hasn't been open for months. However it seems their online e-commerce website is still taking orders AND the money! My step daughter has had her visa account debited for the money and we have no flowers. If anyone knows who the owner is and how I can find her please let me know! We need to get our money back! I have to wonder at Google reviews here as recent as a month ago claiming wonderful service when the shop hasn't been open for several months. Seems a bit fishy" to me."

Very poor customer service. Website was misleading. Flowers I ordered for a sick friend were never delivered as promised. She refunded my money and said she was about to deliver them. It never happened. Owner stopped all communication once she gave me a refund. I didn't ask for the refund. I just wanted the flowers to be delivered. Wasted 4 days. Do not order from this person. I will go back to a more trusted local florist.

My husband and I sent flowers to our good friend in Lakeshore over the weekend and they were beautiful! I spoke with the manager today and she was so kind and caring. We are pretty new to the area so I googled and found this place. I gave it try by ordering online. Flowers look exactly like the pictures online. We ordered “Everlasting Romance” in Premium as a Thank You arrangement. I wanted red roses so I went with that arrangement lol :) Thank you for the great service and caring manager I spoke with today.Sincerely,Mariam Haidous Khanafer

EDITED ***After calling and emailing the manager, she was able to rectify the issue and sent my mother a beautiful 60th birthday bouquet of flower. My mother was very happy with it and I was also happy that the manager was able to Quickly fix the issues and was apologetic.I would use this service again, but I would be more specific about which flowers and which bouquet.I recently ordered a bouquet for my mother’s 60th birthday. I chose the “deal of the day” because I couldn’t decide which arrangement I wanted. I also asked for the premium option and added a balloon. This was all done online on the same day. My mother receives the flower on time but instead of a bouquet of flowers it looks like a potted plant. Now I know I was not going to get the exotic flowers or expensive roses but I thought I would at least a few flowers. To my surprise it was just a box of green leaves. I am just disappointed because I don’t think anyone would want a box of green leaves for their bday and if I wanted only green leaves I would have chosen that arrangement. Very disappointed with the arrangement. I have contact the florist but have no resolution as of yet .

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered flowers online for my friend and she never received them. I called their phone number listed and no one ever answered-just went straight to VM. I am not even sure if this business is even open yet they had NO PROBLEM processing my money ( over $100). This is absolutely disgusting and I am so incredibly disappointed in whoever is running this site. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I ordered a last minute mother’s day set of flowers for my mom (today, mother’s day) and they said it would be delivered tomorrow because they’re not open sundays which I was fine with a they delivered it today! I was amazed. Amazing flowers and the teddy bear was so cute. ❤️

Super quick process. I live a few hours away and I had the idea to order my friend flowers at midnight. They were delivered the next morning. Exactly what was pictures online for an affordable price. I ordered flowers from another place and they we're much more expensive and did not look nearly as nice. Would highly recommend

I ordered flowers from their website. They took my money but never deliver the flowers. I called several times but the number was disconnected. It wasn't until I read the most recent review that I saw that this business was closed down but they were still taking people's money. They should be ashamed of themselves.
