Drop Docs Process Server

This is my go-to service! I am currently based in the U.K and Lizette went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I was given just about 2 weeks until my court date and needed someone e served fast! I overnighted papers to them as I'm from out of town and in less than 12 hours they had them served, with not a lot of information to go on mind you! They were professional and communication was great! I would highly recommend them and will be using their services again in my legal matter going forward!!

Communication was great with Lizette in the beginning but then completely ceased when she realized it would be a bit more difficult to serve the individuals. Seems like they only go after low hanging fruit (people who are easy to serve so they won’t have to do much work). Wouldn’t recommend.

We have had a business relationship with Drop Docs for several years now and we really enjoy doing business with them. Lizette always brings a smile to our face with her charming personality. A pleasure to work with!

I requested that someone be served at their place of employment. Not only was I repeatedly lied to that attempts had been given, but it was a week or two after I had requested the service that they replied to me saying they couldn't find their apartment, even though I had clearly stated that they worked there. That was back in February. As COVID started shutting down access to residences, I stressed the need for urgency, and I was told that they would contact me once it had been served. I never heard from them again. Stay away when you have a lawsuit pending, this is a bucket of useless server.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I gave Luis a summons to witness for a small claims court matter to serve upon a real estate agent. His company guarantees to serve within 7 days. After 9 days I emailed him and he responded after numerous attempts he couldn't serve the document. I provided him with a link to a property listing the agent has (which is close to the Drop Docs office) along with his office number and address. All he had to do was either book an appointment for a showing of the property or go to the Royal LePage office. After I responded to his email, he called and yelled at me and told me he wasn't my employee and that I can do the job myself. The agent is most likely on vacation now and the trial is on January 5. I can no longer serve the summons. I believe Luis forgot about my summons. Very unprofessional.
