Dr. Alexa Birdgeneau | Naturopathic Doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Alexa Birdgeneau for over a year and a half! I have struggled with adult acne and was on and off antibiotics for years. I wanted to try and find a natural way to improve my skin without medication and Dr. Alexa helped me to get there! She always laid out all of the options for me and was mindful of the challenges some options brought. My skin has completely changed from when I started to see her and I am so happy with the results! She is wonderful and I am so thankful for her holistic approach!

I have been seeing Dr. Alexa for several months now for a shoulder injury, as well as some other health issues, and I am extremely impressed with the care I have received!! She has been incredibly effective at helping with my shoulder pain and range of motion through acupuncture, and has begun to address my other health concerns with a holistic approach. I appreciate that she takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides care tailored to my needs during each visit. She is kind, caring, and compassionate, which can be hard to find these days, and she has a very calming energy, especially when doing Reiki during some visits.Her office is warm and welcoming, and the staff are so friendly. Dr. Alexa Birdgeneau reshaped my view on what medicine could be! Being a new patient to the Naturopathic approach I didn't have much background other than my family doctor. What blew me away was the unique and individually catered plan to address my health concerns. She took the time to learn my history, concerns, educate and establish what my current health standing was.
