The Salvation Army Thrift Store

My wife and I shop at the Salvation Army Thrift Store as we appreciate its reasonable price structure and are committed to the philosophy of reusing consumer goods whenever possible. However, its recent removal of fitting rooms in tandem with very restrictive return policies are challenging our loyalty. It seems excessive to continue to deny your customers the use of fitting rooms. This situation is exacerbated by the Thrift Store's restrictive return policy which allows return of clothing--which now must first be purchased and then fitted at home--only in exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Unfortunately, this policy works for the customer only if there is in-stock an item that a customer needs. This isn't always the case. I would encourage the Thrift Store to reconsider either its return policy or its denial of fitting rooms. The Thrift Store's excuse that shoppers now have more floor space with the removal of fitting rooms simply ignores what is most important to its customers. Under current circumstances, it's simply unfair to refuse to provide refunds or in-store credits for clothing that doesn't fit.

Used to be nice prices. But for clothes they get free they are really going up. No more change rooms...still... and every other clothing store in city has them again... sad

Great selection of clothing and everyday is seniors day! Great place to shop when you need dress up clothing !

My favourite days consist of going to my favourite thrift stores, and this one is high on the list.I normally shop for vintage glassware/kitchen ware. The prices are incredible. I have found some pretty sweet deals here including a brand new authentic HBC blanket!You need to go regularly because items sell and then new items are put out, and you don’t want to miss anything!The staff at this location are super friendly and I always chat with them when I go there. Very great place to go Thrifting. The stuff here are usually way cheaper compared to Value Village and Mission Thrift Store and sometimes they have better stuff compared to the other 2 stores
