didn't like the food. ordered 2 burgers, they were very dry, raw potatoes and ice cream.the meat was poured with a lot of smoke liquid, there were no tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce. only meat, onion and mayonnaiseAll of this cost $60. very very expensive. food must be prepared with heart. so that every client enjoys and says thank you for the food. and all employees work by the hour, quickly and not qualitatively. The price does not match the product they are offering. Do not recommendthis message today, after eating yesterday, in your restaurant, vomited all night, and sat in the toilet with an upset stomach

I have been enjoying my once a week burger fix for a year or so but no more. Order mistakes happen and have happened. I didn't feel it was worth calling to mention it in the past. Today however I did. Ordered 2 double burgers with cheese and bacon. Left with the bag. Opened it and found both were singles. Was really hungry so ate one. Called to explain that I had been charged for doubles but didn't receive them. Still, at this point, I wasn't upset. That is until the supervisor called back to tell me I'm a liar. Unbelievable. Went back, showed the remaining single burger. Was given a refund for one burger after a completely unnecessary argument. Horrible customer service.

Was excited to get fresh food as I watched them put my burger on the grill. Watched it catch fire twice because the staff just didn't care. Took about 25 minutes to get a burger and some deep fried chicken. Only two food orders were even made. During that time. Burger was burnt to a crisp. Love DQ but this location was horrible.

Very slow. Like more than any burger place should be. They've recently switched out the burgers for what seems to be a cheaper burger. The quality is not the same.

This Dairy Queen seemed very dirty and unorganized with the COVID-19 precautuons. The Blizzards were melted and the staff seemed uninterested on their job. I was asked if i wanted a receipt, I said yes and was not given the right receipt, also had to ask for the straw for our SlushieI predict the following response:-- we are sorry to hear about your experiance. My daughter & I went today to get ice cream and bring home dinner. The blizzards were fine but the food was awful. While I was trying to order, and having trouble as I don't eat here very often, the young cashier was leaning on the cash and looking at me in annoyance. When we got our food, I looked into the bag to see they'd thrown my fries in upside down so I had to go back to the counter to try and get them all back in the box before we left. Got home and my husband's mushroom burger was an absolute mess. Yes, we asked for extra mayo but they put that in a container on the side; I don't know what this is. Plus, I tried the burger, it was extremely salty and as tough as cardboard. My husband said he didn't know how they made meat more processed than McDonalds. Either that or it was so overcooked it charred solid.Overall, I was reminded why I don't go to DQ for food.

If you read any of my other reviews of Dairy Queen visits, you'll see I LOVE them. While the customer service was very good, the food was not. The fries were old and cold, the burger patties were over charred and cold ( 1/2 pound Flame thrower) and my Skor blizzard was lacking in actual pieces of Skor.To be fair, I wasn't able to complain and allow them to make it right ( I had take out) and I was 5 minutes away before I tried my food. I've had fries from other locations that were piping hot 15 minutes after my departure, same for the burger.Maybe because it was a slow day I got some older food ( they pre cook their patties) but the Blizzard was just skimped on. I hope my next visit is a better experience.
