To begin with a positive: the product is excellent. Delicious ice cream - the milkshake I had was awesome and our guests all expressed that they liked the variety of ice creams served.Customer service is what lets this business down and it is extreme in its deficits. We were having a corporate summer party and hired the truck to serve our employees and their families. The service was so rude it was shocking. the most egregious being threats to leave the party unless we paid remaining balance on credit card although an alternative payment structure had been agreed upon and the deposit had been paid. Then threats to leave if we didn't pay more money, claiming that we had reached the limit of what was on our invoice. We ended up paying on the spot for an additional 50 servings, but when I did the reconciliation after the event, we had an estimated attendance of 120 people and had pre-paid for 190 and ended up paying for a total of 240 servings of ice cream. Perhaps every single person had two ice creams, but I think it is unlikely. And unfortunately, the way the owner and the truck operator behaved on the day makes me mistrust them as business people.

Showed up 30 minutes late, didn't have everything on the menu as advertised, and yelled at me on the phone when I called to talk about the issues. Otherwise, the ice cream was good and my guests were happy but I wouldn't hire them again.

Terrible customer service, refused to serve in a cup vs cone and overcharged for sprinkles. I’ve never left a review before I was just shocked really at how rude the man working was to me and my children.

BEST ice cream in the city. Honestly the best customer service. The employees are really happy to see you and welcome you with big smiles on their faces and some GREAT ice cream. Much love to the brothers there. Definitely recommend on a nice hot summer day.

Great service! Arrived with my son to June Rowlands park and obviously he really wanted an ice cream. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash on me. The man in the truck (Eddy) understood the situation and just wanted the boy to have a smile on his face. He gave us a cone of delicious vanilla ice cream with no charge!Thank you Eddy!

Eddy made our day today! We were craving ice cream and didn't have cash on us. Not sure if we had puppy faces or not but Eddy was so nice that he offered us cones on the house! Awesome day!!! Delicious too!

As an event owner, my feedback is DO NOT BOOK !! PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE SOUND LIKE I Owe HIS MONEY! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY, VERY RUDE SERVICE. we pay for you to come not only for ice cream if you run out of ice cream just gently reply customer that Sorry.." BUT what you do is "NONO! AND WAVE YOUR HANDS LIKE they are FLIES. One of our customers told me to post here

Eddie was punctual, kind to all our guests and of course the ice cream and slushies were delicious and perfect for a warm Spring night. Thank you so much for adding a special highlight to the evening! I highly recommend Mr. Iceberg for any special occasions!

One of the Nicest and sweetest person I’ve met. His ice cream truck was at the Eglinton Park, and my 2 yr old, wanted ice cream and I didn’t have enough cash on me. He said if my little one wanted ice cream, she will get ice cream and It was delicious :) thank you!! Hope to see you again
