Customer service is non existent. Called and left voicemails for weeks on end before I gave up. Do yourself a favour and by from a company that actually answers their phones.

Jacket are good but customer service horrible. You cannot reach anyone no support. I dare you to call and reach someone its impossible it has been two years. They say life time warranty but what they mean its life time try to call us!Shop elsewhere Canada Goose well know company and customer service actually pick up the phone. Try it and you will see.

Jacket is good, but customer service is garbage and don't expect to get any kind or warranty service. You can submit claims, email, call, leave messages, and nothing happens.
