I have ordered many many time from Golden Bough Botanicals over the past 3 yrs.Thought I have not spoken to anyone so no comment on that.Iv order a lot of cold process soap supplies. Ie Base oil, EO (essential oil)’s to cooking Herbs ie black pepper, chill, cardamom, chamomile just to name a few.The products iv order have been in good condition. Ie no fake dead rodents or bugs.The herbs smell nice and not stale. The EO’s and FO’s are very worth it, I used them in all my DYI projects.

**edit- they have called and rectified the situation. Turns out the ‘manager’ was not really the manager!Worst customer service I have ever received. Was told on multiple accounts she was too busy to speak to me, she will get back to me when she can (no date agreed upon when my money was involved) and was spoken to in a very condescending way when discussing an issue with sales/ pricing. I was hung up on by Rivita when calling her out on talking to me like that. BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE! There is no reasoning with this disorganized company.

Golden Bough is easy to deal with, has good products and great prices. I am making soap and Golden Bough is the best place to buy essential or fragrance oils. Living in NS makes the shipping expensive but that is not their fault. I guess I am buying their products for 10 plus years and I never was disappointed.
