Picked up...waited 30 minutes for fresh chicken which was great!! However the fries were ice cold. You would think that if making fresh chicken that fresh fries would come too.

Ordered a bucket of white meat and wings, got a bucket full of dark meat. Toll free number says to call the store, but the store doesn’t answer the phone. Don’t waste your time and money ordering here.

On two different visits they took our order at the drive through and asked us to wait out front. Both times the wait was over 45 minutes. The first time I went inside after waiting 45 minutes and you could hear someone playing games on what I believe was there phone. The second time I went back inside and demanded my money back.And no it was not because they were busy as one more car went through the drive through and maybe 2 ppl sitting inside.I will never go back there as long as they are open. With service like that it won't be log. Disgusting customer service.

This location has online hours listed that are not accurate. If you want KFC after 1930. I suggest just going to A&W. At Least they are open.Tried giving them another chance. Manager can't even keep on-top of inventory and one of their signature items is out of stock.

Went in to get some chicken, been a while, had no coupon but Eddie was amazing he helped me get the best value for what I wanted. So pleasant so nice! Great job Eddie!

Open to order and pickup inside. Handicap parking and Handicap buttons to open the door. Ordering was easy inside and was able to accommodate my request. Staff is friendly, professional and my order was correct and in a timely manner. Bathrooms are not for customers as the tables were closed at that time. I was able to use the bathroom and it was clean, stocked and nice.

Me and my family ordered a bucket of chicken and a few sides, along with some gravy. After we payed we were told to go wait in the parking lot. We waited for about 25-40 minutes.My family always checks the food before we leave town because we live far away, so when we checked our food we found a greasy glove along with our gravy missing.My parents were disgusted and angry that we waited so long for our food just to have it missing and a glove inside.My parent and sibling went in to show the glove and ask for our gravy.They tried talking to a worker (maybe manager) at the front, my parent told the worker what happened and the girl grabbed the glove out of their hand and just said “oh”. This was such a bad experience overall.Wish we got something else to eat instead.
