Worst experience to apply for a job at this company. I applied for New graduate Hydrometallurgy EIT MIssissauga opening and a month ago I received an e mail from them saying that soon I will receive an email containing the link to the assessment test. I NEVER received the email. The worst part begins now that I sent uncountable emails to their different recruitment email addresses regarding the issue, however, no one responded. I called at their Mississauga office atleast 10 times for a month and I could never reach the recruiter as she was apparently really busy. I also left countless voice messages requesting them to Please contact me back as I am looking for a job after graduation and did not want to lose the opportunity. However, I NEVER received any response from them. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I EVER came across and now on their career portal they say that they are not considering me anymore and the position is closed.

I received an email from Ryan Yurich - HR, regarding my resume for a position I applied for. I called him every day and left a voicemail to call me back about the position. After a week, I then received an email that the position has been filled. This is so unprofessional. Why would you email me for an interview and then ghost me ?First, stop ghosting candidates and wasting candidates time. In the future, be respectful and let candidates know you moved on. Also reply to their emails on a timely manner.

Amazing and dominating company in the field of technology, engineering, project management and consultancy. Hatch does smart city development, mining, oil and gas, renewable energy and water based engineering projects. They have 9000 plus employees. I noticed some people working here from the year 1990. It’s the second largest engineering company in Canada. I’m quite impressed with the resources and focus towards technology this company holds. I wish all the budding engineers who are applying for this company all the very best.
