Very busy. Rude stuff. Overpriced. Very overpriced bought some ribs there president's choice.. Brand, I don't know why I bought president's choice brand because they were the worst ribs I've ever had. There was so much fat on them. Literally there was more fat on them than meat and they were prepackaged ready in 15-20 minutes and they were disgusting. I called in as to speak to somebody and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up. A little fed up but the super store and President's Choice products

Came in at 830 for some oysters for a friend's birthday meal, I've been standing and waiting for someone at the seafood area for 30 minutes now, I've gone to the Deli to ask for someone to call an associate to seafood, not once did someone come in 30 minutes, I called customer service e 6 time waited on hold for 15 minutes, which most of that time was being on hold waiting for customer service to pick up.No sign stating what time the seafood area closes, I have Wayne helping me now at 9pm, even though the area is closed at 8pm.Wayne did what was needed now I'm at the till and they have no clue how to ring it in, because the department is closed.An hour now waiting for 12 oysters.Thank you to the price checker for going above and beyond.

They tell lies . They have this sign and it is second time I saw this shelf empty and they don’t give free chicken . I talked with customer service but they said no. It is ok if you don’t want give voucher but please remove this sign.Second problem is , this store is near my home in whole 4 years of my shopping from this store, I never seen washroom clean ( in different hours of the day).in this store must be more careful about you stuff because there are a lot that of thieves. Once for me and for 2 of my friends this happened and someone stole our wallets and they don’t have any videos for checking.maybe it is not their responsibility but please be careful about your stuff.

The service is just OK if you can find somebody. Which is rare. The quality of the food, and other products is just ordinary. Quite often Walmart is 10 to 15% cheaper at the same level of non-service. They are frequently out of stock, and nobody seems to know why. They don’t seem to care who they hire. The customer service desk is pretty much useless. They don’t know where anything is and they don’t know how to use the computers properly. You would think they would put their most experienced staff in customer service, but they don’t. It’s easy to see how they make excellent profits, while providing almost no quality or service.

Generally I have a good experience at most Real Canadian Superstore locations, but this specific store appears to be the exception.It seems as if they are too busy for their own good. The staff do not care about the customer experience. Perhaps they are overwhelmed, but that could be solved by hiring more staff and training them well. Do better

Cheap prices and lots of choicesI prefer Real Canadian to Costco. Their price are not that different but Real Canadian offers more choices.I just wish they had smaller shopping carts. I buy here frequently but quite understand that if they provide small carts or shopping baskets with wheels, people would not return, I guess.

A great RCSS Location in kingsway burnaby Vancouver BC. located in one of the largest urban malls (metro) and offering a very large space with all what you need for groceries.Being a PC optimum lender myself, i found that i can benefit from the points wherever i go in Canada.The deals are as usual in RCSS and it's the place to be regardless of the province.I recommend this location to all visitors of Burnaby Vancouver BC.Reviewed by Tarek Belghith from RZ Network Inc Ottawa Ontario Canada

Staff need to go easier on the produce. Whenever I'm there the onions are usually crushed with some rotting, and roma tomatoes often squished.Also their public bathroom is completely unusable and disgusting mess. Of the three stalls in the men's room the wheelchair accessible one was out of order, the middle stall flat out had no toilet paper dispenser, and the stall near the wall had been taken over by someone who made a mess and left a whole cooked chicken in there...
